You can start Importation business by using OPM which you don't have to use your money at all.
You can also start exportation business with the same method which you have enough profit.

Women materials is a good business, especially around the school premises. If you know where to get it at cheaper rate, while don't you go for it. And if you don't have any, then go online to start importing it.
You said as a distributor, you will need at least 500k, but as a retailer 50k is okay.
What you need to be a success in it is just to meet the salon people and ask for what type of weavon sell most and even you can start learning as a stylist for some month to know what people are using most. So that you market will be the best when you start marketing. Hope I have answer you.

But I will talk about bulk SMS business.
Bulk SMS is a business you can start with just 6k. That is if you want to have a website in your name. But without that you can register under a sms website and start the business. This you can start from 1k.
This business does not need too much training, the only training you need is how to get customer, how to submit number for the site, how to make payment.
With this you can start the business.
