gists: I followed the links, and i read from start to finish what was written there you are a dubious person. Why did you leave out the vital parts? The FBI were able to prove that Doggart ACTUALLY HAD THE AMMUNITIONS AND THE ABILITY to cause commotion against the muslim population even though he had't commited "He also detailed the weapons he Comparatively, can you and your Daura DSS tell us where kanu is keeping his weapons of mass destruction? Even with all the proof the FBI had on Doggart, He was NOT CHARGED WITH TERRORISM-Related crimes. Only for "VIOLATING A FEDERAL STATUTE THAT MAKES IT ILLEGAL TO DAMAGE OR DESTROY PROPERTIES" Is that the statutes you are activating in your quoran-based nigerian constitution? Please you muslim fulani, hausa and yorubas should stop this intellectual dishonesty. I bet you didn't know someone was gonna read up. You thought everyone was intellectually lazy like you and would follow up the link? www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/05/18/guess-why-this-christian-terrorist-plot-against-muslims-isn-t-getting-any-press.html |

Mynd44:how is it a treason ?did he betrays one's country? Did he kill or overthrow the sovereign or government? Nigeria is too primitive to handle issues in a civilise manner. This is just a legal cause bro. Self-determination is recognised all over the world even in UN charter. See catalonian, all of a suddenly they gat their recognition but here in nigeria, africa will always prove to be africa due to tribalism. Ok o... anugom ihe i kwuru. K'odiri gi mma. 2 Likes |

Dedetwo: No, treason doesn't hav to be in secret. d treacherous activities of radio biafra dat seeks violent secession & undermines d nigerian govt is treason. Even, d YouTube video was not done in secret. I heard some of his kinsmen telling him dat what he was doing amounts to treason. Unfortunately, he rejected their wise counsel. 2 Likes |

Dedetwo:So why is twitter busy shutting down ISIS account and that of their supports if not the fact that they recognize the danger in spreading hate messages over mass media? A hate message passed over mass media is FAR more dangerous than that made over a phone call. Go to US and pass such kind of message over the radio and see if you will not be picked up 2 Likes |

Dedetwo:A mere cough which has swayed and held the minds of thousands (if not millions) of followers captive?? That doesn't seem like ordinary cough to me, it is more like tuberculosis and it needs to be checked and treated urgently to avoid calamity. With the way things were going, it could only have been a matter of time before he would have given the 'order' to his mentally captured die-hard followers to unleash crisis. The streets are definitely safer without sociopaths like Kanu. 2 Likes |

datribune: Besides tribalism, dishonesty is another major problem of Nigeria. There is nothing treacherous about radio broadcast for self-determination which is supported by all the tenets of democracy and civilized world. Nnamdi Kanu has not even reached the point where Nelson Mandela was arrested. Yet most dumbass Nigerians hailed Nelson Mandela as their hero. As for your "Youtube" evidence, a judge in Abuja has tossed it away as a publicly disagreement between Kanu and the WIC. 1 Like |

Dedetwo:I've received commandment to bless and no man can reverse it. God had blessed Nigeria and no damn man can curse it. This remind me of the foolishness of Balak when he went to meet Balaam to curse the children of Israel. Hear what the Bible has to say in Number 23 vs 20 "Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it" Who can reversed the commandment of God, no body. God had blessed Nigeria too much. Well, what I know is this, as God told his beloved: Isaiah 8:10 "Take counsel together, and it shall be brought to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us" See the way God is turning their counsel to counsel of Ahithophel. If God had not sent you, don't send yourself. See another warning from God: Isaiah 54:15 "If any nation comes to fight you, it is not because I sent them. Whoever attacks you will go down in defeat" We now know the reason the enemies of Nigeria is going down face flat. One thing is sure about God. He's The God of Yesterday, Today and Forever, till Eternity. No one conspire against his nation that will not go for it. 2Samuel 15:31 "And it was told David, “Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” And David said, “O LORD, please turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness.” You see the way God turned their counsel to foolishness and they could not get themselves together any more. God on behalf of Nigeria, I thank you. As many that wish to return hear what God says in Zechariah 1:3 "Therefore tell the people: This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'Return to me,' declares the LORD Almighty, 'and I will return to you,' says the LORD Almighty." Return and God will return unto you. You've nursed this hate too long since the day of your fore-fathers but God detest your move. God is speaking to you in Malachi 3:7 "Ever since the time of your ancestors you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you," says the LORD Almighty. "But you ask, 'How are we to return?' How to return, Mark 12:30 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The conclusion of the whole matter is captured in Ecclesiastes 12:13 " Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 2 Likes |

Dedetwo:Look, operating an illegal radio is not a treasonable offence. But the content of the broadcast is what make it treason. Calling for the murder of some category of people is treason - whether it is in a discrete phone call, over a radio broadcast or youtube video. I beg you in the name of whatever you hold sacred, don't let ignorance get you in trouble. 4 Likes |

Immediately he did all his supporters ran away. If kanu is half as smart as he is hyped to be he too should and he knows that the FG will not allow him go on bail . 2 Likes |

Dedetwo: U will be making a mistake by comparing Kanu's attempt at violent secession wit self-determination. Kanu can be seen on YouTube video soliciting 4 guns & bullets to wage a war of violent secession against Nigeria. No country in d civilized world would support such a misadventure. There is a diversity of choices dat support & make self-determination possible but not violent secession as advocated by Kanu. Stop listening to IPOB propaganda as no mention has been made in court about d tapes which is a key piece of evidence. Only someone wit bias will expect an individual deemed by a court as a security risk to be released by a responsible govt. 1 Like |

gists: I doubt much if that can be classified as a treason offence - that is more like a hate speech offence. What did him in for the treason is openly soliciting for money to buy arms and ammunition to level war against a sovereign nation and his constant bragging of making Somali a child's play compare to his plan to wage war against Nigeria. Outside a political solution, the guy will spend a considerable amount of years in prison. |
