Agape greetinz tu all the wonderful mamas in da building.my mum snooped in on us yesterdaynoon.zino has this habit of when ever she's asleep,once she perceive any aroma of food...she must Wake up.so i perfected another technique,wenever i want tu cook n she z sleepin,i hav tu lock her book,use anything and block the bottom passage of her door,and still lock the livin room/sittin room.if i dont do so...she must to wake up.so yesternoon,wen mum came around,and i rushed tu prepare her meal...i was pantin like a decorated beaded calabash,tellin my mum....maa'le abeg lock zino door o,my mum was like...why nau,i told her that,zino will wake up because of the aroma...mum tot i was jokin,and the next thing we heard was......Mmmmmmaaaaa,mmmaaaaa.mehn i was crestfallen.my mum started laughing.

@Rukemi and Chinwendym, sorry I don't get to read your post on time.

As for the chair style, we usually do it in the living room (we stay alone so no disturbance). I sit on the couch then he kneel in front of me and there we rock it. Atimes he sit and I sit one him and you know what next. The style is sweet sha and stress less.

For pregnant mamas, I don't advise sitting on him, you sit and he kneel in front of you to thrust it.

Also if your couch is high above the ground, he can support his knees with a pillow.

I don't know y d nurse told her not to talk milo. Although a my ealy stage I took lipton cos I have always been a liton fan but with plenty of milk and no sugar no much of a sugar geek At one of my ante natal we were advised not to take lipton alone but with milk. I would advise she takes wat she likes as long as its in moderation.
She should also try and take her routine drugs especially d folic acid and fesolate very important to her and baby.
So u too like pretty/ handsome baby. Who don fine don fine it isn't abt lipton use.

Me too did CS and I didn't tie my tummy
Nor did I do sitz or press m tummy with hot water!
