Unlike Ameachi, tinubu etc. Fayose's case has a lot of evidence to charge him to court such as an audio tape, witnesses e.g. the captain, Mr Aluko and also confessions from omisore, obanikoro stating that a meeting occurred.

Fayose makes noise to divert gullible Nigerians from his case knowing fully well that Nigerians are forgetful people.

May God have mercy on us all and lead/ direct us to the right path and from this selfish so called leaders.

are you say these people you just mension their names don't have the right to strategize for an election? A meeting occurred and so? What evidence are you talking about? Ballot box snatching or fake result sheets? Politics/ election is all about strategies. There was no issue of murder, there was no issue of ballot snatching and their was no issue of fake result sheet. The audio records you are refering to, never talked about murdring anyone, snatching ballot boxes, producing fake result sheets, no under age voting was also talked about, I think these are the most serious election offense. Mr, Aluko just got himself into some mess, he will soon regret it, because very soon he will see that those supporting him now will disappear.

i am not being partisan here, but why is it that the funds used by any PDP governor to run election is criminally diverted. Governor Wike alleged that Amaechi spent $150m of Rivers State Money for the Presidential election and people just ignored it. I am not against Mr. Falana on this topic but it is glaring he is being partisan and for a lawyer to be partisan in politics, he loses credibility and can also be bought. He has turned a blind eye to every other misdemeanor of APC members in govt and have decided to crucify every other PDP members that he or her name is been mention in connection with fraud. I'm a big fan of Femi Falana but it is now obvious that he cannot be the Gani Nigerians wanted.

Nigeria's Democracy is a fraud and so the politicians. This APC era is an era of political comedy where as one movie ends, another begins ....in other words, no concrete policies' yielding program to move the country forward! I weep for Nigeria not because all Nigerian politicians are fraud but because Nigeria has no hope amidst this change mantra of Buhari and His cohorts. The Youths have lost focus and moral strength to fight for a better Nigeria because our mind and focus has been destroyed beyond repair and thus left us to be suffering from both moral and mental poverty. We pay for power but no power. We pay for security but no security. All public schools are abandoned to rust and attention shifted to private schools. Everything about this country is deteriorating fast with no solution at sight....moribund leadership

when u promise make sure u do it....he betrayed aluko after all his loyalty given...so the tin pain aluko or perhaps his conscience couldn't bear it again hence he spit it out....am from ekiti state but I have never liked fayose for anything cos he brought all the negative things to the once a quiet, peaceful state called ekiti. fayose has totally forgotten the saying that once beaten twice shy....sebi he was making mouth that he's the first Nigerian to unseat a gov twice and he will be the first Nigerian to be impeached or remove from office twice also. a bastard is always a bastard. most time I doubt if he's even normal.

That's if I'm assuming you never heard and didn't know what took place in ekiti during the elections and even if you didn't know, all the investigation and revelation coming out into the public space, are you not hearing it?

If your so call fayose was sure of winning, why didn't he win squarely? Why did he have to resort to all such antics as you have been hearing?

exactly my question. If the so called Aluko goes free, you know that Buhari has failed woefully as a president. Cos fighting corruption is his only agenda for Nigeria

falana is from ekiti state bro, guess u didn't remember that. we re talking Abt a massive electoral fraud here which we all know that ekiti gov election wasn't an election but a coup u talking Abt amaechi and river alleged money case. wike is the seating gov if he has facts Abt it he should use it to nail amaechi then. nobody is been partisan here. don't river state have a femi falana-like san/lawyer to pick up the issue? bro nobody cares until it's personal and now it's personal to falana cos he's from ekiti guess he want the best for the state like me here cos am a proud ekiti guy before fayose emergence, but right now? ain't proud of it cos of all the negative things fayose has brought to the state.
