just move ahead and create new account, make sure you use new email address. Lesson learnt. Fiverr won't ask for any document.

Here are some lessons for next time

1. It is not compulsory your buyer must order extra gig.

2. It is totally unprofessional not to do a job a buyer has paid for.

3. Fiverr protects the buyer first, before any other person.

4. Please cancel order when your buyer is not responsive.

5. Never wait for your buyer to cancel.

6. Always go extra mile in explaining in detail, what your gig is about, in the event of a buyer not sure of what it is about.

7. Try and be gentle with your buyer. Be subtle, kind and generous.

Ban! that's my problem with Fiverr; they give so much priority to buyers and consider their sellers to be nothing.
At least, warnings should be issued instead of outright ban.
On Freelancer account, I have had a couple of issues with buyers with the CS resolving it for us..but I have always done my best to steer clear of Fiverr CS because I understand their ways.

Sorry for what happened to you, that is what fiverr normally does. They have only the Buyer's interest at heart and they care less about the interest of the sellers. It's a lesson you have to learn. I have experienced a situation whereby a buyer payed $5 but made a lot of demands that is even worth more than $20. I almost ran mad but I had to be gentle and subtle to the buyer when I explained things to him and he finally agreed to my terms and the gave him what he pay for he was satisfied. You have to be very diplomatic when you are dealing with such buyers else, he will do something you never expected. So you have to move on and hope for better sales.

I have worked on freelancer for months; it is good but too many scammers there, especially some Asians.
I have an account on Upwork, but I haven't really tried using it that much; I can't say much on it.
As for fiverr, I joined over 2 months ago and it has been a wonderful experience; so Fiverr seems better to me.

So, recently I started experimenting on a few things on fiverr. My experiment was based on some things I had read about how to improve your ranking on the fiverr page, most importantly, how to stay on the first page.

So I started tinkering with my super-sale gig. The following are my observations :

1. The shorter your gig title, the better the algorithm ranks you
2. Having longer gig title does not necessarily affect your sale or ranking
3. Long titles get truncated, hence you could easily lose potential buyers
4. Some gigs must accommodate more than one keywords to cover all areas and increase your sales
5. Do not pack too many keywords in your gig title

I am currently on another research right now. I will report back to you guys when I'm done.

Im in school ryt now but my siblings at home called me to tell me dat they got a card with my name from our post box at home... I wasn't expecting it yet because they sent me a mail that i would get it between the duration of 6th-16th May.... Im happy sha.... Just started fiverr.... So i wouldn't need to contact anyone to withdraw my money for me when i start making money on fiverr
