I am attending a 2 day conference in Liverpool that will be financed by my organization.
I have just returned from the UK at the expiry of my tier4 visa.
I am not on Salary but on commission. In the employment and finance page of the visa application, where salary is indicated, what do you recommend that i put in the blank space. Also i would want to stay for 2 weeks do i indicate it also in the application?
Can I use the organizations account statement as the only financial statement in my application.Thanks

Hi house, please I intend to study for my MSc which I got a Conditional Offer for mid September this year.
My problem is my transcript and certificate.
My transcript will be out sometime in July but my school only gives certificate in January convocation, so my question is do you think I will have enough time to get an unconditional offer after I send my transcript in July, pay my fees, get my CAS and apply for my visa and begin my program in mid September. And must I send my transcript and certificate or can I use only the transcript?

please I am in the middle of a administrative review and would need to prove that as at Nov. 2011 the application was done on paper not online. I have been trying to get the details online but nothing concrete. I was assisted by an agent so I did not fill the form myself and cannot remember the process as all I did was just to sign for it.
please assist.

I received my CAS statement yesterday. Only two documents were stated on the CAS statement ; WAEC certificate and Bachelors degree Result( A University addressed letter headed document indicating class of degree, award date, award type. The University issues us the document in place of a certificate that wont be available anytime soon. It would take time for me to be issued a university transcript as my appointment is on tuesday. Are the documents stated in the CAS letter enough to satisfy the ECO as regards the genuineness of my application?

If what is stated on your CAS is Bachelors degree RESULT then your are good to go but if it's Bachelors degree CERTIFICATE then you'll need a miracle. Any document reflected on the CAS must be submitted as described. Otherwise, let your school issue another CAS listing the documents exactly as you have them.

It's 28 days now since I have applied for administrative review I still don't have received answers from UKVI.
Do you know how can I contact them outside of UK to explain how urgent my case is?

After the IELTS exam i did in PH center, my school is just notifying me that it is not UKVI approved and that they require UKVI approved IELTS taken in any UKVI IELTS centers. A link sent to me confirmed Lagos and Abuja as the UKVI IELTS centers.

Ps, i want to know the difference btw the exams (UKVI approved IELTS centers and others), and if the UKVI approved IELTS exam is difficult than the other one. And any other info you got about the UKVI approved IELTS exam that can be helpful.

The difference does not matter, you still have to take the exam in an approved centre. If I were you I will be looking for material to read for the exam and not worrying about the difference

I need your input as regards a tuition free scholarship I'm applying for in the UK. After scaling the admission process, I am now left with the scholarship process where I am required to write a SOP and financial statement. I am done with the SOP but I have little or no idea on how to go about writing the financial statement, which involves understanding the cost implications of studying in UK (accommodation, living expenses et al.), specifically Leicester, and how I intend to source for funds.

It was also stated that evidences may be provided by applicants to back up their application.

That is easy part because you will get loads of information online on cost of studying in the uk specifically Leicester. Use google to search for..student life in Leicester, cost of living in Leicester as a student etc. You will get loads of information for you financial statement.

Also use the school prospective online material and scroll down to financial section where you will find such information

justwise. Thanks for all the help. So I was suppose to submit all my documents so I can be issued the cas buh because my surname is not on my birth certificate, they said UKVI won't accept it. My dad and I decided to transfer the funds for financial evidence into my account so we can use that instead. I guess what I need to know is that do you have any advice on anything I should watch out for and plan against. Any technicalities or small stuffs that people overlook and can cause delay or refusal. I don't wan to be blindsided again. I have had to defer the admission once based on a technicality.
