Yes they can, they can mold the cap in halves and wrap it around an existing pillar.

Thanks Spyder, please don't miss any point on hanging this parapet... wanna compare it to how mine was hanged...
I have already seen good safety differences in the upper/top reinforcements... never seen it detailed like this before.
This is good for learning purposes... Thanks as usual.

Note: I have always love the smoothness and low cost of precast parapets myself. Very good alternatives.

Go to the nearest building site and ask of the team who did theirs, make friends with them and then try to help out with their next work. Make yourself available for service and the learning will be easier than you think.
