Was refused last year december and i was like GOD..why does it have to be me!!!..was so weak and upset sotey..i was just indoor all through xmas cos i was not jst in d mood to have fun...cos am always like...if no be for diz refusal i for dey canada now oooo.

But on 31st of Dec..wen i was about to cross over...i prayed to GOD dat i have fallen and i want to rise again with the same document without stress.

I resubmitted the same document back to them on 4th of january, even though my school resumes january 11 but i do not CARE.

Just lastweek TUESDAY when i was already planning to close the application and get my money back from school cos i didn't hear from dem since JANUARY.....it was that same morning i got a mail from CIC requesting for a new offer letter..and well i sent it to them.

And last night!!!...i got APPROVAL mail!!!!

I know what some of us are going through cus of this cic delay but we shouldn't allow them determine our future for us. I was always staring at my phone. Checking mails every minute. I couldn't eat well or sleep well. I know Canada is a good country but then, are we going to kill ourselves? To be honest, if they don't give me this visa I won't reapply cus I can't go through this a second time. And immediately I realized this, I started another application to another country. Now I sleep well. Of course Canada is better than the other country I applied to but trust me anywhere is better than Nigeria presently. And not going to Canada first doesn't mean one cannot go to Canada in future. After nysc, I didn't even bother to write any cv cus I felt shebi I'm going to Canada ni. But really it shouldn't be like dt. It should be in such a way that the visa is going to be a bonus when it eventually comes through. There's nothing bad in having to choose from different options at d end of the day. The main thing I'm trying to say is that we should try to engage in productive things and not just sleep, eat, read nairaland lol, and wait for mails from cic. God didn't create us for just that. We shouldn't allow Canada give us hypertension

Please i will like to know how i can make arrangement for my admission letter to be sent to me by courier. From the email the school sent me they indicated that i should make arrangement for pick up, because it was clearly stated that i will be responsible for payment.
Please kindly advise

I do not know why u need the hrdcopy of ur admission letter when cic is oky with. Printed coloured copy...

Just ask the sch to send it by email and use it for ur vis processing...

Take the medical request letter to where you did the test and tell them to forward your result to CIC again

i went to the hospital, they give me a letter of completion and ask me to forward it to the CIC Email but, what dont understand is should just send only the completion letter or should include the new medical form they give me?

I think the completion letter they gave you should the ok if that's what the hospital says, cos your test expire after 12months

I'm not too sure though but if it were me, I'll call the medical centre where I did the test to ask if it is possible for them to resend my results to CIC.

ok thanks for your information do appreciate, but one more question have something that bother me, during my reapplication sponsor is my mum brother and i include is age declaration certificate and also my mum marriage certificate with my dad, ( during when was filling the form at cic website i wrote two name during family class that is my mum name when she not married and when she is married with affidavit when she was not married) and my mum marriage certificate has little two sentence which was write by Arabic that specify the venue when married took place and forget to translate it, please can that affect my application?
