What you need is to immerse yourself in some productivity. Are u employed? If not try to get a job (not necessarily a white collar)

And as much as a burden life is, no one knows what awaits us on the other side so don't be in a hurry to get there. Just know that life is all aboutbups and downs, and when your up comes back again, you'll probably not even remember this low point in your life right now.
