Abeg don't try it.

You'll have to resolve how to discipline the children in another manner. If they are teenager you can consider putting them in one of these fancy Nigerian boarding schools but please don't expose your family to harsh realities of Nigeria

Sir,one word.DON'T.Please don't attempt it now,there is no SECURITY in the country presently.You could get robbed of everything you've worked and toiled for and even maimed or killed,and nothing would happen.The perversion you are trying to avoid already seats comfortably in the psyche of the Nigerian populace,how else can you explain the daily occurrence of child rape/molestation by people who are supposed to be guardians /role models for those kids? Just because of culture he wants to relocate his family? Culture that he could teach them over there? Even Nigerians in Nigeria do not bother much about culture. Op abeg stay put till Naija becomes better. I am not saying don't come home o. Just saying wait till Naija becomes better. For now safety is more important.

When is USA part of europe ?

Brother am not going to bother reading what you wrote or even ask why you want to relocate but all i can tell is this...if you go through with it, it might be the most expensive mistake you will ever make plus you are going to regret it.... Stay where you are cos any country is better than Nigeria presently.

You can relocate no problem but don't cancel whatever visa or residency you have over there because in no time you might get frustrated with life in Nigeria and no one will tell you to re-relocate.

we wake up to realities of life everyday, i don't know about your pocket, but the truth is as much as there are people screaming everywhere due to the economic relapse some folks still smile to the bank.
Relocating your family back to Nigeria is not a bad idea, but trust me if your reason is just because of the western culture, it is a NO NO for me.

Op, this platform is problably not the best to get a constructive reply. Many on this forum have polarised view. You know where the shoe pinch.
Relocating the children for a while might not be a bad idea afterall. Maybe their exposure to a bit of the societal values might just serve to correct their view on the short run.

Get the residency of your family sorted out first then follow through with an economic plan that will ensure your livelihood here in Nigeria and you will be fine.

Op I really understand what u mean b cos I'm also in uk wit my child.
I also know dat some kids here rotten pass stale meat....but taking dem bk to dat devourer of a country called nig will only worsen things.
A child can be good irrespective of where he's trained.

Iv seen some families in London, and I appreciate d way dia kids are brot up. Very obedient, and nice attitudes.

It's d job of d parents to imbibe dis characters in d kids, and not d location where dey r raised.

There r so many evil stories coming out from dat dungeon called naija. From ritual, armed robbery, kidnapping.....etc name it.
And u will be a very fine target for dem , knowing dat u just came bk frm abroad.
Dnt be suprised if it's ur own family members there dat even set u up ..... yes it can be dat bad.
