Most domainers in trying to 'gain more grounds' register domains like indiavpn.com, indivpn.com etc and sell it as a pack...this way someone won't register the other one and sell to that person or the other...consider also a case where the seller feels indiavpn.com is to similar to indivpn.com (assuming indivpn is already being used)...

I tried to register a domain name on Godaddy using a coupon code (you know as economy be Na), but when I proceeded to checkout and filled in every bla bla bla .. I used my Diamond Visa card.. the transaction couldn't be completed. something about them not being able to authenticate my card and all.

Is it the coupon code, payment method, bank or am I just unlucky?

I need to get that domain ASAP.. my blog has suffered undue delay for too damn long.

It should be frm the card contact ur bank to activate it. Also use a coupon of $1.99 or above to try again

If it's from the bank then no hope coz diamond bank recently barred online transactions involving foreign currencies. Perhaps I'll have to ask someone using another bank to help me purchase.

Have paypal account? If you have a paypal account you can try to activate payment via your diamond card and see what happen first. If that fails try
Gtbank and open a savings account. You will be given a naira mastercard which you can do online transactions with their naira mastercard, but however, you will need to activate the card before transaction. Cheers.

yes. also fidelity bank too has ban online transaction involving foreign sites, i think all bank has ban it not sure abt gtbank

I doubt doing that. All banks can not afford to do that, they must have informed us if such is happening at Gtbank. I made a foreign online transaction this last week and it was very smoth one.

Only weak banks can do such.

Price of any particular domain name depends on that particular domain, but what I know and very sure is that if you have any pronoucable lll.io is a good property worth arround $xxxxx

The seller wouldn't take anything less than $750. i guess have been ban. but i still have the buyer's details and am gonna contact him if am able to get my hands on nice llll.com (it will be a compensation for him) at low price. and i just got my hands on a juicy lll.io at mid $$. hoping it pays off when am ready to give it out. and i loose pncdotio yesterday on flippa,the bidder no dey laff at all. he was just going hot. gotta leave it when it clock $100. it's way too high more than what i budgeted. and keep up the good work boss. peace
and less i forget,gtb charged me #441/$ few minute ago,and last was was #310/$ by stanbic. now am confuse if the banks are the ones responsible for the high $ fluctuation or the country economic.
