Hello guys, I do not know where to start from. All I can say is Hallelujah to the Most high. My study permit has been approved, I applied March 8, 2016. I don’t know how to start but lemme start somewhere. I tacked my application June 1, 2016. It said processed passpprt has been dispatched from the Canada visa office to the Canada visa office Lagos on the 1st of june. I couldn’t believe it, I was so annoyed and frustrated. I was like the second time again.. I just dropped my phone and continued what I was doing , I started reading different forums because from the usual I know approval mail comes first. I have been downhearted since. I don’t know what led me to my mail this evening, I checked my updates and I saw the approval mail low and behold. It was sent since MAY 28, 2016. Am so so happy. GOD HAS DONE IT
I don’t know why I didn’t see the notification on my phone. Am so glad that my app has been approved, this is my second application. I also wish others awaiting their applications speedy approvals.

My uncle is my sponsor, not the same surname
Closing acc balance 8million naira
CAC documents & tax clearance
PAID my tuition fully for two years I submitted my receipt showing it has been received at the university
My uncle transferred 9,500 US dollars into my account for my upkeep for a year (I attached my statement of account)
Letter of acceptance
WAEC and University Transcript and Certificate
Birth certificate
State of origin for my uncle and I----- to show our relationship
Ielts result
Letter of consent from my parents
Property owned by my parents showing I am the heir apparent since am the only child
Letter of explanation( I studied Electrical Engineering and I got admitted for computer and electrical engineering)
I graduated 2014 and completed my NYSC July, 2015 AND in my letter of explanation I said I have been taking online courses to prepare me for my Graduate studies.

The bank is asking me for the bank details (acct number) of the school & I mailed centennial but their reply was about procedures on peer transfer and online payment. am confused. any suggestion house?

In response to michv post. I applied April 7 paper route, Upfront medicals and dis my 2nd application and was denied for just "purpose of visit" in my first app which I didn't put SOP. Add SOP in my 2nd app as advised by people. When I linked my app last week I saw medical passed and dats all. My app is exactly 12weeks today. Hope to get a positive reply very soon. Bet u don't know what am going through. Note: didn't do a medical in my first app.

Bulk as in...wholesale? Hehehe...I don't know how much that bulk is but there are African stores here and there. Their stuff can be pricy but you won't even need to get most things from them. Other grocery stores also stock our normal food like Indomie brand of noodles, evaporated milk, corn meals, Ovaltine/Milo brands of beverages, yam, cassava tubers, our Naija kind of red-hot pepper etc, always remember to check for Afro-Carribean sections or International food sections in stores like Walmart or FoodBasics or Freshco. Eventually, All you might need from African stores are just things like crayfish and palm oil.

what level of program are you going for? Which vfs office did submit,lagos/abuja? Try checking some of these areas i stated above for you to be able to link it cos most errors we make are within these mentioned areas

I applied Aprril 22nd online and I have nt even gotten my Medical yet. I know a lot of people who applied since march even MSC people that have not been attended to . I am expecting my good news in Jesus Name.

Amen! hello miss,the a lot of people you know for MARCH applicants who might variably be ur friends,are they of online route like you unattended or of paper route. cos i really want the tension to calm that was why i opened the DAY with that early post,people never witnessed HBP,the devil would make you worry even when you v done the right things which might still earn u approval at the end but CIC has started bringing HBP for them. although online route waiting no be beans atimes some are lucky to be responded earlier
