My dear your advice is good bt y are u advising him to keep this result and write another? 5 credits? Y don't u pick up a brochure and go thru it and see dt he is qualified to study a lot of courses with this result. 'To pass exam dey easy?' Pls stop joor

Can you imagine that holywizard calling him a failure, who the hell are you to call someone a failure? Then a tribalist that you are, you even brought a whole tribe into this case. You had better look past all that so you can forge ahead in life.
Mrluv, I would advise you to enrol for GCE as you know admission now is calculated with points and your O' level results are also part of the points, don't EVER see yourself as a failure no matter what, when you fall you stand up. Enrol for another exam and then you prepare for it like its your last. I wish you all the best sweet. Ignore the fools who have no better things to say here, I bet some of them wrote WAEC like twice before they passed. Gosh nairaland is filled with negative people now, I miss those days of matured and intelligent people who give positive advices. You kids should grow up.

This ur results fits into Management Science related courses. I would advice you to go for Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. That's what I studied in schl too and I graduated last year. It's an interesting course and only few Universities offer it for now. It's also known as Human Resource Management. Good luck to you!

Lol, I understand you. It's been ages I saw a brochure so I can't really say anything on the course he should read and I don't know anything about commercial and arts other than the popular courses we all hear about and I am sure he has a dream and I would like for him to follow his dream and not just go for a course that he wouldn't be fulfilled with just because of his result. And you know the new way of screening is calculation by points. I just want the best for him and nothing more but if he can get a good course to study with that then he should go ahead, you can also suggest for him too, all I want is for some people to stop compounding his issues. That's all.

CRK is pure art subject just like yoruba and literature. However before you apply to any school via jamb, make sure you thoroughly check the admission requirements for such school on her website. A sister of mine was screened out few weeks ago in Yabatech just because of O'level result and she has already paid acceptance fee oo

Except if requirement has changed, you need majorly maths, english, Economics with other two subjects to study Accounting, Economics, Business mgt or management . Even Banking and finance.

I also know that polytechnic lay emphasis on principle of accounting to study accountancy.

Your combination is good , check jamb brochure for update.
