How can we say we're in the 21st century when you still treat laws as barbarians?

Where's the justice?

Someone steals billions, settles a judge and gets a kangaroo judgement while millions of Nigerians continue to remain poor yet some Nigerians think the legal system in Nigeria has any credibility.

This Judge is too dramatic.

Judges are supposed to be preside over cases, and not be the cases themselves.

There was no need for this unprofessional tantrum,by this Judge. That said, this is a Democratic Country, and the DSS should not be disobeying any court order.

If your father was the one who was granted bail and SSS refused to honour the court judgement, would you be typing this trash??

Change in Nigeria begins at the Head... If President Buhari refuses to obey court orders why should a fellow citizen do so?? we are our own problem... APC is worst than PDP....

The panic being created all over Nigeria and the disregard for the rule of Law is why the economy nose dive in the last one year. Price of goods and services gone up twice or thrice in some cases through action or inaction of this govt. Go keep somebody in prison but u decide to keep him in your office. What is that? Is that not corruption in itself? And u are the one fightng corruption! They terrorise those they don't like their faces and pamper those on their side. As for those ones still never see anything wrong with this Govt go to any market in Nigera to defend them or say the rubbish u use to print here and see whether they will return home alive. The Govt of penny wise Pound foolish.

Vacate office sir. You have overstayed your welcome. Let new fellow come and "chopulate petrol naira" like you. The judiciary has lost its dignity because it has kowtowed before corrupt polithievetians. I no longer respect these judges that always give conflicting judgement. E.g. Ali modu sherrif (Boko haram sponsor) Versus Makarfi( kaduna ex -looter), Ikpeasu versus Ogar( Abia state) .

Nna i parked properly. Ask Road safety.

So you mean because they provide him with security, they are untouchable and can flout court orders? They are either refusing to release an accused who has been granted bail or they refusing to keep another in a dedignated prison. Is that how it works?
