The excitement no be here. In fact i can't explain how joyful I'll be

1. I'll praise and praise and praise my God who's done it for me.

2. Not sure how I'll tell him but darling husband go know at special dinner time. Not thru phone o so that he doesn't get carried away and spoil something outside because of excitement.

3. If it's a work day, (as a teacher) all my children in class go get enough reward stickers whether you do your work well or not, behave nicely or not.

4. Google go dey hear from me every minute with things like 'is it safe for a pregnant woman to run?' 'Should a pregnant woman take peppersoup in the first month?' Etc

5. Tell some close people as am led

6. Tell my story/testimony here

7. Port to pretty thread

8. Start paying my vows to God

9. Window shopping and actual shopping, Open a book for list of baby things

10. More worship and prayers till and after delivery

#10 Things I'll do when I get my bfp InshaAllah.
1)I'll cry and give thanks to God
2) Hubby n I will perform prayers together thanking God n praying for our los
3) Will do hpt again and again
4) Will feel, touch and pray on the few baby clothes I have
5)Will do a scan as soon as I can
6) Will start feigning morning sickness, dh go hear am
7) Will wait till the second trimester before we tell our parents
Will announce on TTC thread and share my WIDD n join the pregnancy thread in grand style
9) Will fulfil my vow and give more
10) Will shop, shop and shop

Thanks mama's for the comforting words over my SIL miscarriage. I'm enjoying reading the 10 things you'll do when you get a bfp... These days I am in peeping mood, got excited when I read the 10 things.

Hmmmmm. My own '10 things I cant wait to do when I get my bfp' is still cooking. Am still thinking on it. Will be downloaded soon.

Hmm,so on d 10 things i wud do wen i get my Bfp..
1.I would scream and say "thank you Jesus" and then test and test till the strip is exhausted.
2. I would come to Nl and announce my bfp and write my widd immediately(believe me,its gonna be widd and widd reloaded).
3. Go to a lab and do blood p.t,go to another lab and repeat same test.
4. Call dh(if in my excitement my mouth has not already leaked),ask him how is day is going and invite him for lunch,tell the waiter ahead,give him/her the bloodtest result to bring wen we are supposed to pay,wen the waiter gives me,i would be like "honey,pls can't seem to see this clearly"and then handover the result to him(can't imagine his face and excitement)
5. Proceed to pregnancy thread with a lot of noise and swag.of course i wud be going there with different brands of beef sausage(gala,meaty,rite e.t.c.) and lacasera,with bags of the new anambra rice and plenty of hard currencies to announce my uplifting and new status.
6. Call my loved ones and close friends that have been praying with me to change the prayers to one of thanksgiving and prayer for supernatural childbirth.
7. Start walking carefully and try as much as possible to avoid bumpy road's in the first semester.
8. Go and officially register for ante-natal.
9. Start rocking short and sexky maternity wears wen bump start showing and also be taking milestone pictures every 4 weeks for posterity sake.
10. Increase my prayer life as i expect to have an easy h&h 9months filled with testimonies and praise to almighty God for making it happen.

As regarding the 10 things that I will do when I see two red lines, I've been trying to boot my head on what to do but honestly I don't know. I can't wait to see those lines.
One thing that is sure, I will go before the altar of most high at Redeem camp and roll on the ground to say thank you to God.

Father, pls let all these 10 things your daughters will do come to physical manifestation speedily.

@dazzle86 n @legendsmother, just keep an open mind. Its not printed in blue 4 every woman, everyone is different u knw. For me, all symptoms I had ever googled or had been told wud happen, I neva experienced b4 my bfp! I hd things lyk fever as early as 2 dpo, cattar n sour throat, one breast pain n joint laxity, dazzall!

May God answer all our '10 things I would do when I get my bfp' but as for me I don't know yet cos I'd definitely be so 'flabberwhelmed' and 'overgasted' looool this twisted words would show you how joyous I would be......still trying to put them together but I would definitely sing praises to God most high till I'm worn out. I am really excited seeing ladies mentioning 10 things they will do when they get pregnant. I see raw faith strong believe in God and joy being exhibited here. And i am confident thature expectations shall not be cut off. Remember with joy you shall draw waters from d well of salvation (isaiah 12:3) I encourage us to guard our joy jelously it is key to our receiving our miracle babies from God. I know it isn't easy I know how my wife feels whenever her period shows up after weeks of delay; I know how she feels when she attends baby dedications of her friends who only recently got married I know how she felt when she miscarried last year.But no matter d delay let us learn to trust God. Let us emulate d 3 Hebrew boys (daniel 3:17-18) who replied king nebuchadnezzer that even if God does not save them they would not bow. WHEN U TELL GOD THAT EVEN IF THE BABY DOES NOT COME U WILL STILL LOVE AND SERVE HIM. When God hears such a statement from u he begins to adjust himself on his throne, he realises you truly love and serve hIm for who he is and not just because u are TTC and he will defiantly rescue u from childlessness just d same way he rescued the 3 Hebrew boys.This is very important because too many people TTC are giving God ultimatums or charging God foolishly (job 1:22) by making statements like 'God if u don't give me a child I will not serve u again or do this or that for ure Kingdom.THE TRUTH IS THAT GOD WILL STILL BE GOD WHETHER D BABY COMES OR NOT BILLIONS OF PEOPLE AROUND D WORLD WILL STILL WORSHIP HIM. Finally one thing I am certain of is that ttc has drawn us all closer to God and given us stamina for prayers and believe me u will need that stamina to pray that the baby grows strong and healthy in the womb to pray against the plan of d enemy concerning our babies in d womb and also to pray that we give birth to beautiful healthy and God fearing children. Once again let me use this opportunity to be the first congratulate u all in advance for ure Bfp even as i sincerely look forward to hearing and sharing ure testimonies with others.

***I had hoped to conceive in July and planned to divulge the good news to my family and friends on my birthday. I planned to host them to dinner and in the course give them an envelope containing my BFP. It didn't happen as planned but I went ahead with the birthday dinner and simply thanked God for a new year.

Thanks. But not wanting to get my hopes up. AF is not due yet,i have no symptoms. it's just when I read all these foreign forums, the women there say they had all types of signs as early as 8dpo.

What I wud do immediately the two red lines show up

1. Cry and praise Almighty Allah.
2. Fulfill my vows that very month
3. Write a letter to dh from his twins and place it on the pessing table.
4. Announce my BFP on the thread and write out my WIDD.
5. Edit my page on pregnancy thread to announce my BFP cos av already book a space.
6. Call my gynea to inform him and my Baba Alagbo.
7.Call my parent immediately i clock two month
8. Will not board bike again until 4 months
9.Start shopping for my mat gown and baby stuff.
10. Will be praising God till my edd and after.

In the last few months i have been doing a lot of prayers but after watching the RCCG Convention that ended yesterday
i have decided to stop bombarding God with my TTC request and go into Praise,Worship and Thanksgiving. In the course
of the Convention, thousands of babies were dedicated..It was mind blowing, when the MOG said God was planning to give
more twins and we should decide how we wanted them..I made a vow in front of my TV telling God that if He would bless me
with TWO baby boys, i would go before the congregation next year to testify. (afraid catch me after i made the vow o) .

My resolve now; I have told DH this morning that the September Holy Ghost Service which is themed "Fruitfulness" i must attend.
I have invested in many faith based books on TTC from very anointed Christian Authors. I took delivery of Yewande Zaccheus' books
"In God's waiting Room" (the entire 4 series) i ordered through a friend that resides in Lagos. She bought from Daystar Christian Center.
I have Bishop Oyedepo"s book and Mary Abioye's books on conception...I have several other books and declarations for fruitfulness. So
na to read, praise, listen to good gospel songs, be happy, worship God, listen to messages, attend September Holy Ghost Service for TTC
women...then wait on God to come through for me.

2 i will cry and praise the Lord
3, i will rush to nearest hospital to do blood test
4, then will call dh and tell him of the good news
5, i will write WIDD for here

I am definitely not going to miss the next Holy Ghost, i will be there starting from Thursday for communion service. I encourage everyone to try and make it down as well.

My dear, you know last year a friend of mine keyed in and exactly one year after she had a baby girl.
Let us plan to attend next month, as many of us on this thread as possible...let us storm the RCCG Camp in September.
Cool, i will keep in touch with you so you will help me book accommodation, as soon as I land, I will come straight to the camp
I did that in May for Shiloh hour and stayed in one of the chalets on the campgrounds.

Hmmm 10things i will do when i test positive to pregnancy i will oh my God i will dance like David praising my great God. Then i will call my elder sister who has been there for me.my mum who has been paying thithe in the name of my baby , i will take off from work , then share widd log on to pregnancy trade ,God prefect all that concerns us.in jesus name

Ten things to do when i get my bfp this year.

1. Go to a chemist and buy ten more hpt kits before running (if i hear say i run. More like slow motion walk) to the new lab just opened that i always prophesy anytime i pass it as where i will get blood confirmation of my bfp.

2. Sing praises to God in tears after the confirmation.

3. Snap the 12 hpt kits (already have 2 in waiting inside my fridge)and lab confirmation and send it via whatsapp to hubby if he isn't around. If he is, cellotape go finish that day. Will cellotape the hpts and lab result all over the house for him to see when he wakes up the following day (if i can hide it till then. Hubby is very observant)

4. Call my mother and sing my native dialect song to her which says God has done what no man can do.

5. Call my younger sister and tell her.

6. Start craving things immediately. Like goat meat peppersoup, grilled fish, peppered snail, Mr. Biggs meatpie etc Hubby go hear am

7. Bring out all the baby shopping lists i have collected from pregnancy thread over time and start planning.

8. Share my glorious bfp news here and WIDD and sow seed for 20 mamas to share theirs too.

9. Make my grand entrance into pregnancy thread with my already prepared song. Team captain or not, i will take roll call everyday till i drop my twins.

10. Pack all my former maternity clothes which i had adjusted to my present size out of anger and frustration to my tailor and have them adjusted again. Time for them to serve their purpose because twins on the way.

So WILL it be for everyone of us in Jesus name. AMEN
