My own baby is king of keeping mommy quite.
I guess i gave done like 15 scans.... it was until it was discussed here that 4 is enough that i cooled down

the so so scan has mastered my hubby that he just wakes up n say baby take n go n do scan n i will be like no... doctor didnt ask. Lol

What u can do.... ensure u r not always overfed.... then stay in a very calm position n take something swert or cold.

But if u like... u can use scan to confirm.

Good morning mothers of great nations, please does anyone know any great fertility clinic in Netherlands especially The Hague, I will be there for 2 weeks and wanted to know if I could see a fertility specialist to rerun investigations. Please not just an Obstetrician or Gynaecologist but a hospital that also does ART(IVF/ IUI PROCEDURES). I need this info urgently as I would be there by weekend and I am finding it hard searching for one since there's a Dutch language barrier. My new pastor waited for 9 years. Today, he has a ministry to help TTC couples. He said God told him He wanted him to feel the pains of TTC couples and minister to them with empathy. That's why God took him through that period of waiting.
Are you sure you have not just discovered your ministry? (Some are delayed due to other factors but some its cos of ministry).

I thought waddling mamas are expected to get enough sleep while preggy since they might not be able to do so during vigilante but mine seems impossible coupled with my work. I take water like every 20 to 30 minutes whether in the middle of the night or day because I normally feel dehydrated and I always have the urge to wee that often. in fact the matter tire me. And if I decide not to take water to reduce my visiting the toilet, I will start feeling like fainting. Alhamdulilahi... Help me to praise God. my prince charming arrived this precious world yesterday at exactly 11.49am. weighing 2.5kg. mother,father and baby alive. BS later.

Special thanks to all who gave answers and way to go to my post,am grateful,was later admitted and am presently on drip my dr said am dehydrated as mithcyy said and that my sugar level is very low. I will find time to read through all your post cos am using my left hand to type now cos of the drip on my right hand. It hasnt been easy dh is the only one taking care of our son,i pray i get well soon and assist in my own little way. Easy pregnancy and safe delivery to us all.amen

Thanks mama firsttymum, I already ordered from jumia market but yet to be delivered. The pain is something else and I can't just wait to lay my hands on the cream.

My story

I was 41weeks gone last week Monday, Went for ANC last week weds (due to the public hols) , met a doc n was told to come to the hospital this past Monday if I didn't fall into labor by last week sun, according to him the policy is induction or Cs is carried out after 10days post EDD , so I got home told do n MIL, dh was in support so Mil's objection (religious beliefs) was not important.
Fast forward to sun, around 11pm started having contractions, wasn't too sure as I've has 2 false labor, so I started timing n it was abt 4mins apart, I told dh, baby is coming. In fact I was pacing the room till 3:15am wen I told dh to prepare hot water for me to bath, we got to the hospital exactly 5am, baby's hrt beat was checked n was OK , but I wasn't dilating, so I had a hot bath there, was told to go n eat the come bck.
I stepped out for just 2hrs n came bck, na so story change ooooo. Baby's hrt beat couldn't be traced, I said God forbid, went for scan n it was confirmed. My world came crashing dwn, I started crying. I was told to pray instead, I did o, yet nothing g happened.
The labor reduced, so I couldn't push, and the doc said u can't be operated upon, that I have to be induced. Hmmmm, na so I carry dead baby since Monday morning till evening wen I was induced. Tuesday morning, serious contractions but no labor, long and short is the had to augment the contractions ooooo, that was Tuesday afternoon, n was delivered of my hefty looking tall n cute boy by 1:50am on Wednesday morning. Underwent and episiotomy yet couldn't hold my baby. My dh cried like a baby.

I thank God for my life, I surrender all to him. I knw he will give me multiples for my trouble.

Would have luved to rest till next yr b4 trying but dh said for where? Lolsss. Anyways I knw I will come n reg for next yr sha, Cox I knw God will smile on us again.

Peggygee my guess is your doctor refused to operate because he wanted you to have a chance of trying again soon? All will be well dear. For the engorgement place chilled cabbage leaf inside your bra plus a well fitted bra worn night and day or you could ask your doctor for drugs that you could safely use to dry up the milk in days.

peggygee, it is well with you. Anytime I read ur story I just thank God coz devil failed in my case.
My boy was brought out without any sound from him, som1 whose heart beat was still strong b4 I went to the theatre, deh had to quickly rush him to the nursery for oxygen. Since I gave birth I just get to meet him today.
I ll still come back and give full details once we get home.
