Do you mean that the property has been transferred to you or do you mean that you are the caretaker?

You can use the IRCC case enquiry form. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp . When you get into the form select online temporary residence-visa. Fill the form with your request. Upon submission of the form it will give you an option to upload your document (data page of your passport). They should contact you in 5 business days.

I have also seen where VFS global directed someone to mail a scanned copy of the document to accra.immigration@international.gc.ca . You can inquire from them also on steps to take. info.cannig@vfshelpline.com

If you are submitting it as part of your employment/business records then you need sufficient proof beyond a letter of introduction to CIC.

Do you have any other document apart from a letter that introduces you as the caretaker? Is it a registered agricultural business? Is it a full time job? Do you have proof of income?
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by brotundes: 9:08am On Sep 24, 2016
Farming there is a part time which my wife is in-charge and not yet registered, but me am working as a contract staff @consultancy company.
Is it my father that will write d introduction letter to cic on that land? D land only have survey which bear my father name"surname only"

I am not exactly sure of your question. If you are asking about declaring the land as part of your assets, then I would say NO because the land is not legally yours.

If you are asking about including it as a source of income, then you need to show relevant documents that shows you get income from the land.

Without proper legal and verifiable documentation I would suggest you leave it alone.

Just tried the the link and it worked. Maybe you need to check your network. You can download IMM5257E from the guide below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5256ETOC.asp

Since you want to go the paper route, Please thoroughly review the guide and print out Document Checklist (IMM 5484).

TIPS:

1) When you hover around an area in some of the forms, hints pop up on how to complete it.

2) Take note of "if applicable" forms and consult the guide for further clarification.

3) Answer all sections. If a section does not apply to you then answer NA or Not Applicable.

Can someone here please advise me.
I want my 21 years old daughter who has a National Certificate in Hair Dressing and Cosmetology to go to Australia or Canada to study more on this vocation and also work there.

Online application took my brother 133 days before getting response. Luckily, it was an approval. Paper applications seem to be taking about 2 months if I'm not mistaken.

I really don't think you have a better chance by going online or paper. The IRCC officer will determine based on what you submit, be it paper or online route, and as much as we may all seem to have an idea what is needed to get approval, theres always unique cases of people providing all required documents and still getting denied.

If I were you, i would go the paper route and avoid over 4 months of suspense.

Good luck with your application.

As at September 6th 2016, Paper application is still being handled by Lagos immigration. While Online is handled by Accra immigration.

If don't need your passport for travels or for any other business then you can go for paper application.

FYI, am currently 135days on the online application along with others over 4 months.
