I read it somewhere sometime ago that sometimes the cravings of a pregnant woman is the body's way of getting certain nutrients or vitamins that is currently deficient in the body. And which the body badly needs. Are u on the slim side? Could also be your body needs more calories to carry your LO well. So eat abeg. You can use wisdom to dodge the eyes of ur colleagues.

I was carrying my big belle upandan when one old woman saw me and said my pikin, then no tie ur belle?
Abi na doctor help u commot pickin? I said yea,she then said ok.
Oya dey sleep ontop the belle ehn.
And that's what i started.
Sleeping on my face.....and it felt different.
Painful at first. But it worked.
Only do it when u can. Dont force it o.
Took me almost 2 weeka to try it sef.
And when i do. I get a lot of lochia jumping out.
And everyone could see the difference every morning.
U can try it.
Then if u get other tips, please share.
I had big tummy b4 pregnancy... wont mind reducing it.

Then take fluids a lot.

Wen d hungry comes, drink water first....

If they look u side eyes, look them side side eyes too... double side.
but know u need food o. And enjoy it.
I have noticed that eomen who eat well have less complaint during preggy.

Marathon breast feeding is really working for me. If you have active suckers as los my sister, your belly will go in well. Two diff individuals told me to try it even though I didn't want to EBF, But it really isn't easy, it can be so exhausting.

We thank You for The blessings of the fruit of the womb, thank for January, February March April may June July august September October November and even December 2016. thank you for our lives, thank you for protection, thank you for our friends and loved ones, thank you for our husband's and kid(s). We give You all the glory.
We ask that You forgive us our sins and let our prayers not be an abomination to You .
We Ask for Your protection over our lives, families and the baby(ies) in our womb.
Help us to carry our babies to the appointed time and when it's time You shall separate the child from our womb.
Your word says We shall not cast our young before his/her time.. so shall it be.
Dear Lord, provide for us financially... We will not lack neither will our kids. Hospital bills, naming ceremony bills, feeding, rent, fuel etc won't be an issue to us in Jesus name.
Holy Spirit take charge of the doctors nurses and medical team that'll assist in d delivery of ourLOs.
Give us the strength and grace to carry-on with our pregnancy.
February will be filled with testimonies for us all.
