Yes I did. Took it immediately after I discovered the condom was torn as I was done having kids then but it didn't work.

It left me with an unplanned and unwanted pregnancy that turned out to be twins and are now the center of our world! Glad I had them

Never heard of it causing infertility or delayed conception.

Yes but it messes with your hormones and your menstrual cycle.

After putting dem to breast immediately after birth, next has to be formula cos I get too tired after all the child birth episodes. They also give me enough formula wen I'm going home

I'm not sure I will ever allow that no formula story! It can't work for me..lol

Before we were allowed to leave the hospital, they wanted to be sure that the baby was properly latched etc...omo i use naija style for the Lactation specialist o.forced my nipple into her mouth and told them that she latches very well meanwhile i and the babe were hurting.

Fibroid in pregnancy is not a bad thing per say. It's a normal thing in almost every woman that is of child bearing age. Increased hormones during pregnancy causes the fibroid to grow and sometimes it will get to a stage where the fibroid will no longer have regular blood supply and thus it will begin to degenerate. 

Depending on where the fibroid is located in the womb, it may or may not obstruct vaginal delivery. 

Since it has been seen in the scan, your doctor will monitor it and see how it's progressing and then inform you of your options.

It's not something you should worry your head about. 

I was very happy when I took in that I went for my first scan at 7weeks and I was told I had fibroid. I actually cried cos I didn't know what it was till dh came home and told me it's normal especially with people of African descent. 

At about 24 weeks, I went through pain and was told the fibroid was degenerating cos of lack of blood supply and paracetamol for 3 days took the pain away and I don't feel any pain any more. I'm now 34weeks gone and my doctor says I can deliver vaginally. Though a scan at 36weeks will confirm that. 

Next month is not late. Just make sure you see a doctor so you can be monitored and better informed
When you do see a doctor, ask for the name or type of fibroid that you have so you can read more about it and be better informed

So don't fret. Your baby is fine! You are fine!

Yea it does that period early thing. Thereby adjusting your ovulation date. Just don't use it as a daily/weekly contraceptive. It's an emergency pill. Ask a doctor to give you daily contraceptive but some naija doctors won't place you because you haven't given birth dem go tell u go use condom or abstain.

Am I the only one without appetite? It's a real struggle to eat. I can stay all morning without eating. I really have to force myself to eat.

My family think I am trying to lose weight. I have lost weight but that is not the focus. The smell of food turns me off. I need help.

In my first one month post delivery I lost appetite but believe you me once I entered the second month the appetite came in full force. I guess it's because baby has already adapted to sucking. If I fail to eat on time it will look like I want to faint.

Pls no tongue lashing from the mama's am perfect or knows it all. I missed my period 1st of October and just started taking folic Acid 4days ago. Though am starting my antenatal on monday by God grace but am scared because I just find out through Google that I should av started earlier. Am really scared as to the disadvantage of not starting early. Will really appreciate contributions from experienced mothers. God bless u all.

I went for my first scan yest and the result says *A viable and active foetus+myoma of abt 44mm*43mm in diameter*. The sonographer doesn't mention anything to me abt the myoma so I googled it and was made to understand that it is fibroid. This is my second time of getting pregnant, I didn't have fibroid during my first pregnancy so am so confused.Though when I checked the cause of it,dat pple above 30years and fat pple usually have it,I know I fall into the category. Now my question, has anyone experience fibroid during pregnancy, how did you do it? Am yet to register for antenatal, i plan to do so next month as I want to travel for Xmas anytime from now. Hope next month is not to late to talk to doctor concerning it. Pls help me o.

you don't need to worry your self much about it just make sure u don't stress ur sef too much don't do strenuous work. Your baby has overcome d fibroid wen ur baby grows bigger d fibroid tends to shrink always put it in prayer . I have 3 fibroids although still small and am 16wks preggy all I do is not to think about d fibroid and believe they are gone and hv not register for antenatal yet.

earlier antenatal is wen there is complications but if ur baby is doing pretty fine I think u can start antenatal any time u wish. My opinion tho
