Big Congrats Jennyze!

The long wait is finally over. I'm so happy for you.

I don't understand why they delay so much in returning documents after approving the visa. Visa granted since 15th Dec abut you're just receiving your documents 3rd Jan. You now have to scramble to sort yourself and travel

Her case was eventually resolved, and she is rocking her husband now(or her husband is rocking her) or they are both rocking themselves.

Hello,i am new to this forum but i would appreciate if i can get a little advise from the house.i submitted my settlement application on the 2nd of december(priority) and still waitimg to hear back from them but my concern is we didnt send a letterr from the landlord with the supporting documents i dont know how i missed that part but on the tenancy agreement landlord put 2 people as number of applicant and just my hubby's name is on the temancy agreement but landlord put 2 meaning he assumes hubby would be living there with partner and its a 3 bedroom house so do you think this would cover us? Can anyone advise on what i can do or if the tenancy agreeement would cover us ? Thank you

You can inform them about it and send the letter to them immediately if it's available rather than not doing anything cause it might affect the decision on your application. If you read the declaration form which is the last part of the former that you filled, it stated that" if, before the application is decided, there is a new information relevant to the application becomes available, you will inform UKDM handling the application.
Cheers!

Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by obabola123: 4:16pm On Jan 04, 2017
Hello team, can you just help me check and advice how to get about this application because my sister is planning to reapply again by next month. she apply in 2014 and 2015 for a visit visa.

Find attach of the both refuse letters.

Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by abubarakat: 5:05pm On Jan 04, 2017
I never knew i could attach so much importance to a visa as much as i did with this spouse visa. It would be 2 years in 2weeks time since i last saw my darling wife. Our daughter is now 1 year and 6 months and i still haven’t touched her. So you can imagine how important it was for me to get the visa and i give glory to God for making it possible.

I was so scared when i got decision made email from TLS this morning and Ready for Collection in the afternoon. I informed my wife and she literally pushed me out of the office to go and collect it immediately. To make matters worse, when my package was handed to me it was kind of heavy. I was expecting it to contain only my passport given that i didn’t submit any supporting documents except for VAF Appendix 2 and Application form. It was at this point that i concluded that it had been refused. I left the venue in disappointment. To my utmost surprise, i opened my package when i got to the parking lot and i saw the decision made letter showing successful. I couldn’t believe it. I reached for my passport and saw my sweet spouse visa.

There is so much i would like to say but i will leave it at thanking everyone who has contributed in one way or the other to this thread. May God bless you all for sharing your experience with others. I have been following it silently for up to 2 years now. I spent countless hours on this forum and many others for months after work. I got refused a visit visa in May 2016 but God did his wonders this time around. I did priority and the turnaround time was like 5weeks but believe me it was a very difficult period. I’m using this medium to thank the Almighty God for granting our wish. I now need to tidy up all loose ends before i carry my waka go meet my madam.

Meanwhile my application form and Appendix 2 Form were returned along with my passport. These were all the docs i submitted and they returned them all! undecided undecided

thank you,i tracked my application yesterday and saw that a decision has been made already so nothing to be done again now than hope on God,none of us was called for interview.waiting to receive the decision made email now.i also believe the tenancy agreement should be enough since its a 3 bedroom house and just my husband living in it now and landlord already left room for partner by putting down 2people as number of occupants plus i have been with him in the UK for the past 5months in the same accomodation with my visit visa because we traveled together after our wedding to spend time together which i put in the application form and evidence of the trip on my passport as well.i am hopeful that God is in control!
