The issue with the Buharis now is that the proper channel for sponsoring the first lady's trips, which is the State house, is neglecting to do this because President Bubari has stopped it. There is nothing illegal about it but for reasons best known to Buhari, he doesn't want his first lady to travel on the expenses of the State house. It is very proper for the foreign mission to make reservations on behalf of the state house. There is nothing wrong there. When Michelle Obama travels to far flung places of the world the American embassy makes reservations on behalf of the white house.
