Abeg never vex for us. I think is whichever works for u. some of us are just being careful and some of us bd all round cycle nothing dey happen. I don't think dere is any implication or a law that says we shouldn't bd in our 2ww.

Hello Mamas in the house. So AF showed today and i was sad at first but i had to shake my self up... Everything is working together for my good.
I have some questions on the bitterleaf water therapy:
1. What does drinking bitterleaf water do?
2. How is it prepared? Should i boil it or blend it and what quantity?
3. Can it be taken alongside clomid?
4. What day should i stop and what is the recommended dosage?

He can take 500mg to 1000mg. You can add vitamin E if you wish, helps for motility.

But then, if his swimmers are cool, there might be no need. He can get enough vitamins from fruits. Like Oranges, Cucumbers, carrots, water melon etc.

Gud day house, pls i want to say some thing abt bitter leaf is good but when u take it in excess it can cause problems or complications. It cleanses d body, heals pain etc but it can be like five leaves for a glass. If it is much it can stop u from going to toilet. About my case i lost d pregnancy on d 2nd of november. About the bitter leaf, research says 25 leaves for a glass of water. Truth is too much can cause diarhea while normal dosage will actually stop diarhea but still permit you to have normal stooling.

Since your cycle has resumed, you can track your O and eat well balanced diet with good vegetables and fruits. Also remember what worked for you first time. As for the leaking boobs, I'd say ignore it for now. It may normalize on its own. Just be sure not to press it. You can eat plenty cabbage if you wish just for faster result. But bear in mind nursing moms do take in even without knowing. And some continue bf for more months till they're ready to wean.
So if your doctor have cleared you to try, go ahead and forget all those distractions.

She said she doesn't leak before, but after she had miscarriage, she started leaking and joined the TTC league. Her mil brought the agbo for her, and after she used it, she stopped leaking. She say everything go inside, none dey comot. She don born now.

I av being ttcing for a year and some months now and getting tired already. i aving guilty conscience because of the mistakes of my past and i wish I told my husband abt it b4 getting married i av not gone for any fertility test before cos am scared of what will come out of it but now i think am ready to take the courage to do it and face my fears. how i can turn back the hand of time.
