That woman is a bad excuse of a wife . I watched the video where she was threatening her husband with arrest and jail if he fail to leave their house in 2 minutes ( The man said the house is his and he can't leave for her).

Which kind woman will send his husband out of his house even when the man did not make any attempt in touching her. I wonder where she want him to leave to.

She eventually call-in the cops to take his husband away in the presence of their children and her Sister.

I am not saying she killed her husband o but that woman is a real excuse of a bad wife. Imagine coming to Nigeria to marry and take you to America and you end sending me out of my house?

The more reason am against getting a wife / husband from Nigeria if you live abroad, if you must marry one, find one already in the system.. Sure, there are no guarantees, but I have seen too many dramas..

The woman is in USA for god sake.

The guy was kidnapped, unfortunately things went bad, there's no way that woman could have been involved in that murder.

After watching all the videos so many guys will shift their marriage small and observe...I have never seen a wicked woman like this b4...daaaaaaamn!!!

I just "feel" for the younger ones who just got married and do everything to relocate their family abroad..... they have NO-CLUE about what they are getting into or how their life will suffer a "Tsunamic change", especially their marriage.

They should just brace up for the worst, if they are smart, they would put-in some "safety-valve" otherwise, when reality hits them over there in the Western world, from the women they laboured over..... it will all be sad stories like this.

Majority, if not ALL MEN, are at the MERCY of their legally-married WIFE, in the Americas and Europe. That is a tested FACT!
Question is: How would you cope, when she decides you are "past your shelf life"?

That is the question EVERY MAN living or planning to live a married life in the West must ask himself and give a "safe" answer to...NOW-NOW!

Men must accept that "things have changed" and marriage is no longer like in the days of our Father and Mothers when it was all about "Love till death do us apart".
Now, it is a very, very dangerous game between two adults living under the same roof and one of them (the woman) is supported by a system that is/was surreptitiously manipulated to their advantage, while screaming "we are disadvantaged".... all the way!

If you see a woman, think of a Snake .... so beautiful to behold, irresistible, so sleek and seemingly harmless as it slithers-away from you but it will "strike you to kill", while "lunging/walking backwards"!

Just think about that for a moment.... think about the type of deception required to achieve such skill!

No wonder, the Chinese Martial Art has a system tailored along such skills

Get out of your local Nigeria way of thinking. Is it because most of our women here are afraid to enforce their right?
Once you are legally married and your spouse cheats you have the right to file for divorce and claim that which is jointly owned. Especially where kids are involved. Except agreed otherwise. That's why abroad when a man cheats his wife kicks him out!
Some women are even doing here in naija. A judge recently ordered a man to leave the house he built for his wife and pay a certain amount monthly for the upkeep of the kids and alimony. RIGHT HERE IN PH!

You're full of kaka.

Reference one legal code that supports this asinine suggestion that cheating spouses are to be kicked out.

Are you basing your assertion on "What she said" or you have cogent reasons to say what you said?

Do you have ANY fact that supports the "kidnap story" apart from "she said so"?

shocked shocked

What does it take to arrange an assassination in Nigeria and what better "alibi" than to stay-away from the country while it is being done?

Did you notice she said "He killed one of the kidnappers and that is why they killed him"!
- Did you wonder how she got that narrative when even the Police dont have anything to pin it on any kidnapping event (no one sated so nor requested a ransom!) .... moreso, No Dead Body of anyone that can be called "the Kidnapper"!

Just think about all these things for a second and see if you still think "being in the USA", exonerates her completely?

I laugh because the proponents of such never tell us the "flip-side" of the story!

That is, what happens when it is the wife that Cheats?
Does the cheating wife get kicked out ........ or does she still kicks her husband out (when the cheating causes an uproar as likely)

Do the Men also deserve the SAME RIGHT as their female spouse"

And finally, does the law give them the liberty and freedom to enforce and enjoy such right, as granted the wife, under the same circumstance.

Just sit-back and think: How many men have successfully kicked their wives out, for Cheating on them in marriage? can you count them or are you saying Women are such Saints they dont cheat on their marriage? (Dont make me laugh because the reality will surely shock you! grin )

What if trained experts start grilling her, wont she start contradicting herself? She forgets this is probably a murder investigation!

One one hand, she affirms he was killed by Kidnappers, but in her write-up, she said he was "assassinated".

bro I just didn't want to pin nothing to her that is why I decided to be descreet but using my little knowledge as a psychologist this woman is trying out to use some sort of defense mechanism to surpress the truth but the key word is nobody is guilty or innocent until proven otherwise and we just might never know the way we react to grieve are different so that can still give her a benefit of doubt because she is at that stage but if this woman is guilty well this her attempt at a cover up is a total mess

Abeg, tell us something we've not heard before!

Obviously, people who knew the couple would be split into TWO: those who think she knew nothing about it (like the few post you provided) and those who think she has a hand in it like the ones you wouldn't provide their post, ofc!)

But in-between are folks who have nothing to do with the couple, never knew either of them but are intelligent and experienced enough to sift through the garbage being churned out on Social media, including 'possible' fake/hijacked Facebook pages.

These are the ones l would take seriously, aside "official, investigative" Report.

I see your point clearly. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a law court.

She should have STFU and let the Police do their work, declare her innocent and then come to town with her story!
She even trolls doing her a disfavour as well.

The "effort to make it look like a Kidnap" is so glaring while surprisingly though, all those shouting "he killed a kidnapper and got killed" have not been able to show us the FaceBook picture of the killed kidnapper (okay, the recovered dead body of the kidnapper will even do for now grin )

If Kidnappers snatch everyone that displays "wealth" openly, then the likes of Linda and her displayed picture of Range Rovers, Houses, e.t.c or even that Funke Akindele for nor fit sleep for house now? What about the likes of Whizkid and other rich stars that display stupendous wealth?
Is he richer than our Senators, Senior Oil Workers, Military Top-brass, e.t.c that "ooze money" from a mile-off?

So, how did/would any intelligent person fall for that Kidnapper story, just because that is what she said?

let them keep posting that hacked FaceBook page, it will likely be their greatest undoing when the time comes.
I hope it is not so sha.

This lady is just exposing herself with more lies, the photos she claimed were taken in owerri carries a tag at the right lower conner that reads las Vegas indicating that it was not taken in owerri and besides a woman who didn't kill her husband won't make any of those statements she made in defense of herself, the first clue was how she called the police and claimed that he has got a gun,in America today that's the quickest way to get a blackman shot and killed, just lie to the police that the black dude has a gun and police will arrive and start shooting, they have even shot a 12 year old black boy that was playing with a toy gun in a park,it was a clear sign that he wanted him mistakenly shot

What struck me in my divorce is how the scorecard kept by the authorities was what is in the "best interest of the child".

Now there are many reasons why one spouse might want to leave the house because really all it takes is for the other spouse to walk him or herself into a wall and then claim physical assault then the accused gets to go to jail with all sorts of restraining orders. The accuser then gets free reign to do as he or she wishes, practically grin

Oh the stories I can tell. But we'll leave that for another day.

But like you said, the important thing is that no spouse is kicked out just because they cheated. Heck, then most of our elected officials in the USA will be living in hotels wink

it sounds "weak" coming from a man but its the simple truth.

It happens many times once you marry a Nigerian girl and take her overseas they become Tigers, they tell police you 're man handling them that way they secure their freedom from their husband. It's better to marry a Nigerian or African lady based oversea than marrying a Nigerian girl and take her oversea.

The gun he carried gave him false confidence and helped his miscalculation with kidnappers.
His home wasn't cool so he came to Nigeria to chill on wine and women but he got the 3rd member of the soldiers triad 'war'. He forgot what the mother whale told her kids - when you are near the top, don't blow or you get harpooned. The poor wife may be innocent but should be investigated. RIP officer.

I watched the video and started crying when the kids were crying this is so sad

I really don't know what went on in the household

Most likely he was murdered he came for Christmas but something says to perhaps start a new life since she wanted custody of the kids.

Living abroad men are held responsible for their behavior and neighbors also play a role in monitoring households especially those with kids in it.

Even normal yelling with curses that we do hear in Nigeria could be verbal abuse over there my point is no matter your race, color or creed be mindful of who you hurt as you live

God knows that is a terrible way to be killed may his soul Rest In Peace

Some of you men think that if you bring someone from Nigeria and do papers for them you have become their God, or that somehow excludes you from normal challenges that marriages face. Any small thing, ha her eyes have opened etc No, maybe she's just sick and tired of your BS as a human being regardless of location. America is not the land of milk and honey. No matter how many safety valves and rupture discs you put in place, if everything will still scatter it will. So keep your blue passport inside your safe and let's hear word. If you're so worried about being taken advantage of why not marry your mates here. Abeg make I hear word this evening.

Dude looks about 40 years old. Why marry a 19 year old as a 30 year old man and bring her away from her family, isolate her and start maltreating her. US Embassy sef no try.
They shouldn't approve that kind of petition.

Ladies don't let them lie to you to bring you here and abuse you and spend your salary. Find better husband in Nigeria. There are plenty women here for them to marry

If we get the real facts of the case, we will realise why the judge ordered the man to abandon the house to the wife and not because of anything divorce. It could be that the woman actually built the house and not the man, or that the man built the house in the woman's name and as such the house would be hers, it could be so many things. The law of sharing ur property equally with ur wife in the case of divorce is not in place in Nigeria at present, that law is part of the gender equality bill that the Senate struck out the other time, only the law of alimony is in place in Nigeria at present. So, if a man divorces his wife at present in Nigeria, the man only owes alimony and none of his properties would go to the lady. It can only change when the gender equality bill is passed.

what I hate most that the family of a man do whenever their son is a victim of circumstance is this, they always want to blame his wife..
and this happens mostly in the Far East, I know vividly that not a single property of that man will land in that woman' s path.. they will blame her and even try to take away everything she ever has.. lipsrsealed Bullshit

Don't fear, that law is not currently in existence in Nigeria. It's part of the gender equality bill the senate struck out last year. But even if it is finally passed into law, best is get a woman to have kids for u and live as long as u want with her but never marry her, just as some of our African footballers do abroad. In that way, all u laboured for can never be shared into two just because a gold digger wants to divorce u and reap where she never sowed.
