hello,I've heard a blend of dates,Tiger nuts and coconuts,milked,works wonders though I haven't tried it. I plan to try that this weekend.
You soak the tiger nuts and dates in water for 12 hours after which you blend with coconut and some clean water. sieve and refrigerate or drink like that.

My dear , I will suggest you go with the flow o. At this rate, twins will soon enter.
If hubby no dey tire to kpekus, thank your God o. Follow him bumper to bumper. Some men get tired of kpekusing after sometime of TTC. And sometimes, in rare cases some women ovulate twice. You never can tell.

Thank u. Mayb I wld do scan cos I've been having on and off pains on my left side. My period was fine until one stupid doctor gave me progesterone injections I had to use primolut-n to regulate my period. Mayb the m2tone is d one messing with my period.
