A Nairalander actually gave me the 28k, that's why I am confused on where to go to get the 12k to balance it up which is actually the reason why I'm trying to see if I can get it cheaper elsewhere.

OK.......I think you are getting it wrong o. If you are going for the 64paged passport. It means you'd pay an extre 40k and not 12k. Or am I the one who interpreted wrongly?

I also asked my contact person the same question and she claimed I would have to make a fresh payment altogether, as the one I paid for the 32pages won't fly.

I will kindly advice we all here to stop applying for 32pages for now as it is not available.even the booklet that was sent down to the office from abuja was not enough for the backups not to speak of those just applying.64pages is still the only option you can go for now.as soon as the 32pages booklet as are available you can swap to that.tnk u

Information is power, for those reading this now pls do apply for 64pages and if u think its too expensive then do it yourself online, i applied for my 32pages online (thank God for this thread where i saw how to apply online) and i paid only 17,500, the 64pages online is just 22,500 shikena!!!

You can either choose to pay online (which is instant) or pay in the Bank, i advise u pay at the Bank its cheaper and that is what i did so i will advise that, i did mine at UBA, tell them its not remitta otherwise ur money is gone, they should use BANK CONNECT (the tellers will understand)

Depends on the availability of booklets, generally 32pages booklet is not available and if u go for it u might have to wait for 3 month but if u go for 64pages u can sure get it that same day.

If you are in warri and want to process international passport, go to DBS edjeba,the new passport immigration office, did mine today and I got it today,32 page is not available, only 64 page passport,I did the one of 64page

Also applied for renewal since 21st of December nothing yet, I just wish the agent had informed me of the scarcity would have opted for the 64 pages,! It is well. The wait is annoying.

when the collection date is due, just go back to the passport office, issuance section and tell them you want to check if your passport has been produced. no text or email
