Sometimes it is quite tempting to agree with Nnamdi Kanu that we r indeed in a zoo!

How else can u explain the rationale behind asking people not to wear a certain kind of colour ...or even paint their vehicle with same color!

Myopic people all around so concerned with mundane things.

Even though i do not support brutality, but disability is not an excuse for disobeying a law.

Why will he wear a military outfit in this era of boko haram, militancy, and herdsmen havoc?

And if h disobeyed the law, is this the way to correct him? Nothing justifies this mind boggling act by these cowards. No matter the security situation there is still a pinch of conscience buried in all humans no matter ur profession.

Ask yourself, can we face other soldiers in other developed countries. Or even some other North Africa countries. Do you see them killing and maiming civilians on the streets.

Finally, if this is ur judgement on that cripple, may u and those soldiers meet thesame or worse horrible fate. Idiots

These guys are daft, wicked, senseless and heartless. How much of this brutality have there exercised on celebrities and politicians wearing this outfit?

Inasmuch as its clearly written in their constitution for a non-military personnel to wear this outfit, it was never written that people must be brutalized once found on this outfit rather He/She should be made to pay a token of charges.

It's only in Nigeria law enforcement and it biddings are streamlined to, and exercised on certain class of people(the poor).

Had it been a celebrity or a politician's son, they would have hailed.

Meanwhile Bokoharam is ravaging the northeastern part of the country, the fulanis murdering people in the south without no one to brutalize them.

Mtcheew....na for poor man head them sabi flex muscle.

Having immunity those not mean wearing of army uniform
omenkaLives:
He's a governor and enjoys immunity.

What they did the poor guy is TIRRIBLE and totally condmnable. What they should have done was simply ask him to take the clothes off. That would have served as sufficient punishment.

That said, with all the bravado these people show online, one would have thought none of those military guys woukd walk out of there alive, but lo and behold, all they could do is LOOK ON and TAKE PICTURES with which to come rant online some more.

No provision of our constitution says is an offence to wear military uniform. Such policy ws put in place to avoid abuse by criminal minded people. That physically challenged person is only doing that to show solidarity with the army.

The use of military clothings by non military personnel is actually outlawed. One poster pointed it out while trying to defend Fayose for using it while presenting budget to the State HoA. A civilian acting in the capacity of the state governor is however allowed.

What's this one saying? I'm not in support of his ideologies but just hold it, presidents, governors and local govt chairmen are respectively the CSOs of their countries, states and local govts.

And these are the same people who will still be making noise about when robbers disguise in military uniform. Nigeria is not ripe for democracy. Authoritarian style is the best for us to avoid comments like these.
