And our success happens to be how the term money rituals came about cos the condition they kept us was impossible to succeed but we igbo's came through it making bricks without straw. And in thier folly they now tagged us money ritualist. To extent nigerian even believe that even if ur riding keke or okada ur using charms to do it even if ur selling pure water. Biscuit or groundnut and frugally manage to make it ur termed ritualist. They believe that all igbo must die or be eternally poor. Now nigerians hear this there are millions of us making it with no rituals at all. We are hard working and our culture abhorr money rituals. Stop believing that if we make any success and our family members dies that is rituals. If not why do other nigerian family members die who is immune to death an 88 year old woman rituals!?? But if you guys still insist its rituals why not try it and get rich. Many guys have asked where to do money rituals non can get a verifiable place forget what u see kanayo o. Kanayo in movies 11 Likes 1 Share |

...I have bought things i didnt intend to buy from my Igbo brothers just because of their persistence..Here is an example: ..Trader: My colour,i have nice shoes and clothes specially made for you, ..Me: no thank you,i came to buy something else. ..Trader: just come in and look around, looking is free By the way, this sun is not good for this your fine skin*brings umbrella to shade me from the blazing sun*..just enter my boutique,if you want malt to quench your thirst,i'm at your service.,.I could even send one of my boys to help you buy what you came for too if you dont mind.. ..Me:*sighs* okay but never mind about buying anything for me,i will take care of that.I might not buy anything from youoo,i will just look around and leave.. ..Trader:Nne no problem, like i said looking is free. ..I entered his boutique and ended up buying two pairs of wonderful shoes, one bag and two lovely gowns(items i had been planning to buy anyway but couldnt find what i liked)).. ..Na so i take buy market wey i didnt set out to and became his customer till date..I had to rush to the ATM to get more cash to buy what i had originally set out to buy. ..He gives me top priority each time he gets something really unique and amazing cos i had referred some ladies to him because of the quality and uniqueness of his items. ...When i think about it now i just chuckle at the guy's resilience. ..P.s..he is really polite too and not brash and abusive. 24 Likes 2 Shares |

I am proud to be Igbo anytime any day, not these lazy, incompetent, born to rule selfish and greedy lots who keep depending on oil gotten from the 5% people to prosper. Some people have taken over the presidency for 2years now and nothing to show that we have a leader yet they keep blaming their predecessor for their failures. Even if the Igbo's fight another war and loose everything today with courage and resilience they will still be more prosperous in just few years to come. 10 Likes |

Anyways, you forgot to add that the igbo man is also criminally minded & un-trustworthy. This vice still helps him succeed in business anyways.[/quote] Maybe but not compared to the two faced tribe. **Didn't mention any tribe oo** 5 Likes |

The only thing i think makes an igbo man succeed is he is a business minded person, everything about him is business. Of an igbo man doesn't have what you want, he will tell u to wait, he must find that thing and bring it to you, of course he will get his own percentage.. He doesn't joke with his business, no giving of credit, if at all he want to give credit, he knows the kind of people he will give... Credit run down a business 3 Likes |

It's the depth they are willing to sink to get money ( the legitimate ones). When I was a student in the East, right opposite my house was a man who sold pepper soup, cooked and serve all by himself. I liked him for it. Being a southerner,I see lots of lazy and entitled men/boys. I admire the legit hustle spirit in the Igbos. 4 Likes |

DirtyGold: The apprentice system is the only point. Yes they are greedy, afraid to tell the truth (actually mortally scared of truth), cut corners to make money, are clannish in business and cut off other tribes, not focussed on quality etc.c..... however, this business apprentice ship is a commendable thing that the FG and state governments can build a structure around. 2 Likes |
