The apprentice system is the only point. Yes they are greedy, afraid to tell the truth (actually mortally scared of truth), cut corners to make money, are clannish in business and cut off other tribes, not focussed on quality etc.c..... however, this business apprentice ship is a commendable thing that the FG and state governments can build a structure around.
