I'll suggest u combine ACV and baking soda. it saved me when I had fibroids. go to www.earthclinic.com to get how to do it. Try to kill d fibroid too or remove it..it can hinder implantation no matter how small. The acv /BS gave me normal bleeding but never reduced d size as claimed. people are diff it might reduce yours.I removed them eventually. Some mamas here can chook mouth how they to best handle it

please what brand of baking soda?
funny enough acv and bsm is shrinking mine,I confirmed from my last uss although everybody Is different sha.

Vitex is used for hormonal balance and to regulate the cycle.
This is pretty much my regimen, but throw in wobenzyme, Vitex, Dong Quai, Red Raspberry leaf, Red Clover, folic acid and m2tone, and castor oil packs.

Pls make sure you add castor oil packs to your regimen.

Hello sisters, Please what is Vitex used for? I have multiple cysts on both ovaries and tubal blockage and I am currently on Serrapeptase, xi xian cao, yi mu cao, women's best friend and clean point tampons. My cycle is quite regular and I have low AMH, is it adviseable to add vitex to my regimen? Please advise me. A friend told me vitex works well when TTC. Also, is it adviseable to take women's best friend as well?
I am trying to avoid taking too much supplements and also those with contraindications. Please advise and guide me.

Good evening all.

I will like to suggest a natural solution to infertility and delayed conception.

Please permit me to share this :

A Lady has been married for more than 5years. Complained that her menses had stopped for over a year. And that she have never been pregnant. This suggestion was given to her in August. In September, the menses came and now she is pregnant.

Knowledge is vast. What one does not know is one's senior.

Hmmmm...Oya talk the solution make we hear. Ndi herbalist.

thanks sis for your response. But i have no hormonal problems that I know of. If I take vitex, I hope it wont scatter my cycle? I bought natto, instead of wobenzyme....... will that work? Also, is women's best friend neccessary too? I noticed women's best friend has red raspberry leaf, dong quai and red clover.
If you dont mind, can I have your phone number please?

A very big and hearty congratulations to you on the birth of your LO. God bless!
Sis, you mentioned something about Tubal cleansing pack. Do you still have it?
You also said that you conceived naturally, did you do flushing? I've been trying
to get my tubes open. I've been on several meds and I have a repeat HSG later
this month. I am praying wholeheartedly that the result would be favorable. Please
Kindly reply me.

Curvy Curvilicious thanks o. Same to you dear.
Happy Val's day to my darling sisters (and brothers o) here.
Pweetymii kiss Ekujometa.

Dadsonval , happy birthday our valentine mummy. Wish you fruitfulness as you celebrate today.

Wholesomegrace , Congrats on your LO.

Newbies , as usual you are welcome.

Zino89 , cysts can be dissolved of course. Its not a big matter. Natural ways of treating it has been discussed many times here. Some use ACV, BSM, castor oil massage, ruzu bitters or bitterleaf etc. Someone also said her doctor gave her drugs (antibiotics) for it and it went away. U may wish to browse 'cysts Nairaland' in addition to the answers mamas will give you. Congrats on your test result.

Hello Everyone,

I have been following this thread silently, basically off and on. Its really great to know that other people are doing something and are getting results. Other than a recurring case of candida, my tests have come back fine. Tubes are clear and my hormonal tests were good. DH's sperm results are great as well (count, motility and structural assay came back fine). I had made up my mind to do an IUI this month until i saw a fertility doctor last month who placed me on letrozole for the next three cycles. I have never had any issue with ovulation, i use the cleablue OPK. I temp my BBT but i have never gotten a hang of doing that repeatedly. So the doctor says with the letrozole, i will produce more eggs and increase the chances of conception. I used it for the last 7-8 days of my last cycle as i met with the doctor on the 7th day and didnt want to wait till next cycle. Anyway, i had been feeling nauseated and tired since last week and was really starting to get fired up until AF showed this evening. I had to leave work cos i was sad. But i am a christian and i have encouraged myself in God. I am hopeful that this has come to an end already. I hope this encourages someone too. Baby dust to all.

Happy Valentine's day @curvilicious and other mamas in the house.
I have a little ish I would love our sabi mamas to help me reason.
I have a clock work period of 25-26 days cycle. Unfortunately, AF showed face yesterday, being cd18. It is still flowing even as I type.
The only new thing I did, was that i started a ketogenic diet, which I started 5 days ago, to reduce weight. I also took letrozole during the last cycle, and had been on pregnacare conception.
As much as I don't want to get worried, I can't seem to understand this AF at cd18.
Pls any thoughts or ideas?
Fertility blessings mamas

My mother have used the Fohow products several times for her fibroid until it became difficult to buy the product due to its cost. But there is an all-natural product that we later bought for about N14,000 that really works magic after taking just two bottles of it, according to the scan result. She even later started recommending it to other fibroid patients she knew from the hospitals where she used to go for her treatment. Just call Mr Emmanuel at 08055668026

@priscaver and thehomemaker.......Thanks for your response. I've checked the site and would commence the acv and baking soda mix today by God's grace.

Did you remove your fibroids with surgery, I'm really scared of going under the knife and there's the cost implication as well.

My fibroids measure submucus > 1.53×1.78cm and 1.49×2.10cm
Intramural(located posteriorly) > 3.53×4.40cm

What natural method can I use to kill them.

U r welcome dear..I did a myomectomy. They were too big fear made me to keep looking out for years. A friend said Ruzu +fenugreek + felopio. she was actually unblocking tubes but d fibroid also reduced and her tubes cleared

If your blood sugar level is normal, you can try the bitterleaf therapy. Pls dont drink bitterleaf if its low. Yes wash and drink from day 1 of your cycle to like day 8 for like 3cycles. You can monitor your progress with scan. Its not advisable to drink during ovulation if you're TTC that cycle so it won't flush down any pregnancy or egg. Also take fruits and vegetables. You can go through my posts to see where I asked solution for cysts too here. Answers given after that post may be helpful to you. This was like 3weeks ago.
Pls also see your doctor like you said for lasting solutions.

Darling mamakendra , AF on CD 18.
Hmm. I pray its implantation bleeding. I don't undastand too. For me pregnacare, m2tone, clomid (letrozole's brother) delays my cycle. It does not bring it on earlier. Diff bodies respond differently though. I really hope its a good sign. Is it still flowing?
