After all the knocking offs you are left with only 2 and 0, 2 already finds its place from the first set, the other sets gives a clue that 0 is the second right number but can neigther come in middle nor the last according to the clues, so it has to be the first, theres no clue for the third which is between 1, and 4, if that be case, then it will only be logical to conclude that the right combination has to come in numerical order which becomes 012
Which should be the right answer

1st hint... One number is correct and well placed(the number is 2. It's placed in the last cell).

2nd hint... One number is correct but wrongly placed(the number is 6, which was placed in the first cell. It should be in the mid-cell to be rightly placed).

3rd hint... Two numbers are correct but wrongly placed(any two number is correct, 0, 6, or 6,2 or 0, 2. It didn't say 'only' two numbers are)

4th hint... Nothing is correct(none of the numbers is correct(so that rules out 7, 3, and 8 )

5th hint... One number is correct and wrongly placed( in the 4th hint, 7 and 8 were ruled out to be correct, leaving '0' as the correct number but wrongly placed in the last cell).

The code is........

........"062".

042....

For 062, it does not satisfy the 3rd argument. Only two no are correct in 3rd argument and we have 602...one must drop

6 is ruled out from hint 2 because only one number is correct from hint one. No hint made mention of 4

there is a clue for u to choose between 1 and 4. The second hint said one number is correct but wrongly placed. From that statement you will agree with me that choosing 1 will be wrong;

Yea 042 can go as well. I went with 062 because the hint never said 'only' one number is correct.

But I'll humbly agree you're right.

042 then!

FROM the 4th diagram since 7&8 are wrong, so in the 5th diagram only 0 is correct but placed in wrong position, Looking at D 3rd pic, only two numbers are correct we know 0 is correct but based on 5th pic it can't be in position 3 it definitely must occupy position number 1,0xx. We left with two numbers for position 2&3. Looking at the first picture one number is correct and placed rightly, we know the first number is 0 so 6 Is off, so we left with 0x2,looking at 2nd pic, one is correct but wrongly placed, from pix one we know 6 aint correct, so we left with 1&4 for pos 2 I.e 0x2.if 1 is wrongly placed that means it will occupy 1st or 3rd pos which is already occupied by 0&2 so one aint correct, if 4 is wrongly placed it will occupy position one or two and we know position one is occupied by one and position two is vacant, so four is correct and occupies position two. So answer na 042
