That's not true. One can easily get addicted to it, and when you do, you start increasing the dosage with time, which has some severe side effects.... Might damage some organs (like the liver), leads to seisures, vomiting etc... And very irritating withdrawal symptoms.
I'm speaking from experience though( both mine and some others).

no need to take drugs as some guys are advising you already, learn to control your breathe during sex, don't get over excited, in other words, relax. try some kegel exercise such as holding the passage of urine during urination and releasing it after a few seconds,, more importantly, don't rush sex, once you release before going in, don't let it bored you, instead clean up and refresh your self before starting pre-intimacy again, it would go a long way to boost your confidence, most importantly check your diet, if you must last long in bed, your diet matters a lot, avoid sugar and much of fried foods,
