not nearly half as beautiful as Abuja

Wrong, if we are talking of beauty, after Lagos and Abuja the next place is PH. I am talking out of experience because I have visited the 3 cities.

nice... Port harcourt is a really beautiful place. 2 years ago, we took up a project to show off port harcourt from an aerial view... We started out with a chopper from airforce base and went as far as bonny, ahoada, obio akpor, and the likes. Sadly, i dont have the video anymore, however, you can see another video of port-harcourt from my Drone http://naijavocal.com/aerial-view-port-harcourt-birds-eyes/
No presidential no golf club... Not bad sha
But hope you have your drone license if not na jail

Port Harcourt is just like Lagos with a lot of beautiful places and equally a lot of slums mainly because the city incorporated villages and watersides that weren't originally a part of the city proper. Here are some photos of Port Harcourt.

Bro I wish I could like your comment a hundred times over! I dunno what sycophants are commenting on the thread but I did live in PH for 6 yrs before I moved to Lasgidi and the difference between both cities is as clear as darkness is to dayight. Even before I moved to Lagos I was appalled at the state of PH, the so called garden city, because I expected much more from a city known for it's riches of oil and gas...and the folks are generally lazy too.

Very dirty, Madass traffic without help, uncoordinated, lawlessness, ... I can go on and on!!

Worst city to live in!! Hoodlums, theives will rob you in broad day light.

Lies! Wike is transforming PH. I passed Airforce flyover and saw what he was doing there, unfortunately I couldn't take pictures because I was on the steering. Wike has tarred almost all the roads in the city. We are happy to be part of the transformation going on in the state.

I never knew PH has gotten this bad. My family moved out of PH when I was a child, about 6 or 7 years or so, and I didn't really get to experience this, although I visited a couple of times after. A lot must have changed since then.

PH is not bad, don't listen to them

Re: Beautiful Pictures Of Port Harcourt And What To Know by Nobody: 5:34pm On Mar 19, 2017
Pictures could be deceptive......

Never conclude on marrying a wife/husband with just pictures seen
Never judge a book by its cover
Never decide football match' winner by ball possession
Never give verdict on food by its appearance and aroma
Dont choose a ''big or rich man'' by the size of his stomach or tummy
It is not the most bitter drug that is most effective...etc

Unfortunately those pictures wont show the CARBON SOOT menace currently covering the city for close to a year now.
Port Harcourt is something else now and traffic is gradually reducing in its metropolis, this is not because government has improved the roads, but because people are fast relocating from PHC due to ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH HAZARDS which the state government is playing politics with.

PORT HARCOURT USE TO BE A CITY TO VISIT, BUT THAT HAS CHANGED WITHING 18MONTHS.....
