The judge knew that one of those conditions would not easily be met before ruling it. The money no go be issue for him or his friends. At least now he and people who engage in such will learn and understand that intergrity is costly, money no be everything. Good name is better than gold and silver.

His lawyers should appeal for variation of terms, it's easy nao

Hmmmm, I was confounded when I saw your post. Yes, he has been granted bail as you said. But aren't you aware that bail has conditions. The problem here is that he has not met the conditions. The moment he meets the bail conditions, he won't spend one more second in custody.

The condition that has not been met is not the financial aspect, the condition he is finding difficult to meet is the requirement to produce two level 16 civil servants to stand as sureties for him. I knew from the day that judge gave the bail conditions that the level 16 civil servant part of it will be very difficult for him to meet.

It is better for him to remain there so that he doesn't go and commit another crime while his case is in court.
