Mine was Integral transforms (Laplace, Fourier and Hankel transform), Functional Analysis, Lebesgue pressure and Integral back then at Unilorin. My goodness, the theorems was just something else. Then Numerical Analysis by one Dr. Taiwo then. Thank God I scaled through.

Especially 451 which was an open book exam,as in,carry wetin u like enter,u dont know it,u don't know it.after writing 451,I left the hall and was picking notes and text books cos I believed I was coming back to write that evil course again. just wen I thought calculus was an evil course, imagine even fasting and praying for a D. Then came engineering survey, neva have I attended so many tutorials like dat in my life, for every course I wrote b4 dat day, I always took every materials I had on it to night class. Bt to God b d glory, on d D-Day lo and behold, I just kept writing and solving questions. S/O to all surveyors & geomaticians in d house.

Well,let's see ,I studied Philosophy in Unilag and the thing about philosophy courses is that studying them is like playing mind games. .to the point of nearly going crazy. .and students who couldn't cope left every year. . .there was always an unbearably challenging course in every semester. .but I'll sum it up to my top 3 extremely difficult ones.
* Existentialism- By year 4 we thought we had seen it all until this course came along telling us "existence precedes essence". .it was in this course we studied about German existentialists like Freidrich Nietzsche who famously said "God is dead" and which the movie "God's not dead" was centered about.
* German Idealism- From year 2, we had learned that any philosophy that came from Germans in any course was always more difficult and complicated than other philosophy in the same course. .now imagine an entire course about German philosophy.
* Logic- This core course is the most difficult thing I've ever attempted in my life.It is basically calculations about correct and incorrect reasoning, with 19 rules/formulas that you have to memorize.It basically followed us from year 1 (Intro to logic,which I managed to pass) ,year 2 (Deductive Logic-which I failed) and year 3 (Symbolic Logic-another fail) . .getting more and more difficult.The only course in my department where 60%- 70% would fail. .those who scored an E would rejoice than those who scored a C. My friend (a guy) who scored a D told a testimony about it in church in tears. Even though I managed to pass the other above courses. . .I failed this one. .in the exam hall doing this course you would see ex-students who have been re-taking this course for the past 5 years and still failing it. .I re-sat for logic again and barely managed to pass the carry-overs before I graduated. .that was in 2015, I'm serving now. .some of my course mates still haven't cleared it.
