Is the nips out a little or totally inverted? If it's the normal nips but not just out, with time and enough sucking from your lo it should come out. Make sure you support him otherwise your arms so that his mouth and stay on the nips

Someone here once said that if u use a manual pump, it will pull out your nipp.les. You can try that and lets know if it works

I think mashed food is one you use spoon to break down while pureed food is the one you blend
For the Tom Brown, mix it like you mix pap, put your hot water and stir like you would stir pap. Then cook on the fire For a few mins Or You can mix like you mix pap, Add small water, then put on the fire and let it cook to the consistency that you like
