those selected for Kwara have being sent text messages, so if you didn't receive yours that shows you aren't selected.

i don't know how they came about their selection, but what i learnt they did was they only pick a candidate out of those 3 candidates that were selected from the 3 senatorial district.

Finally, for those that didn't scale to the next level, remember this maybe a blessing in disguise, as better plans await us, in shaa Allaah.

I don't mean to break anyone's heart! But I hope you guys realize not every hopeful is on Nairaland! In my own case, the oda two persons who got text messages don't even know what Nairaland is. So you see, its possible pple r getting theirs from your zone n ur not aware!!

just imagine, the whole SE, SW and SS only one person was shortlisted for ministry of transport lol, there is nothing there to confirm it is the truth

What of NE under ministry of transport

We do not really understand how the selection is done. I am in touch with all my colleagues that were shortlisted from Bayelsa for the post of senior inspector, ministry of trade and investent, this position was only shortlisted for 3 of us from my state. But no one among us has received text.

It seems NOBODY knows what is REALLY going on... no concrete fact

this selection process is confusing to be very honest

I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but the honest truth is that the Nigerian civil service has been one of the most corrupt institution in the country. This is the first time they tried to organise a transparent recruitment, and it is because of Buhari, but giving the recent development with regards to the presidents state of health, and the pressure the fcsc received from federal character commission and the senate, they had to issue some slots to them, as a result of that not all people who merit the APL will get it. Don't be surprise to hear some of the commissioners selling other people's APL to the highest bidder. As for the NE, NW, and NC candidates, you should just exercise patience, as there are currently no commissioners for those regions, hence the reason why you haven't received any correspondence from them.

The criteria for selection is still totally unknown. Out of the 21 people interviewed for min. of education (Oyo State) ..... I could only see 4 people I recognized from the Batch A interview.
I later got to know that interview was conducted for the batch B sometimes in May... .and they were invited through phone calls to come for interviews. MOST people invited for documentation are Batch B applicants and they are connected to one FCSC official or the other.
All thanks to God.. ...with no form of connection, I made it to the documentation stage.....APL is up next by the grace of God!

Thank you for the bitter truth. I agree with you 100% but why will they waste peoples` time to come to Abuja since it was pre determined. I am sure some people might have had accident or even lost their lives in this process. Some even borrowed money to go to Abuja for the interview. It`s well
