Many told lies that they did not use connection or money to know the truthful amongst them let them swear by what is dearest to them you will see only very few can or none, they need to act like normal applicants that got it on merit so undue attention wount be given to them.

you are very right but all are still the product of God's favour in the end because a lot of true connections failed as at this stage except if they will still later collect their appointment letters also. So whatever means anyone scales through, all glory to God.

So in the case of a two graduates from same state one with better grades , better experience , better certifications and same age range and the best amongst the two academically was not invited for interview what criteria was used for not inviting such for interview to give the person a chance? Welcome to Nigeria where jobs are slots and sold for the highest bidder and the connected. God is a fair God and gives all a fair chance if its Directly from God and not manipulated by men both candidates will be invited and maybe the better candidate does not do good in interview and gets dropped but when totally not invited what criteria was used? Goodluck to all but let's be true to ourselves and dont let temporary pleasures of the world make us lie and use Gods name in vain to our advantage after we manipulated pricess or some did on our behalf. 80 % will teach in schools and they must register with TRC Teachers registration council, 10% in the Ministry. Others will use leg thru those agencies enter.

An optimistic point of view!!!

According to the 2 narratives of what's going on at FCSC

1. Only successful candidates are called. So the recruitment turns out to be a huge scam, only a few were selected and the connection list fills the gap

2. Those invited are required to update their documents, which explains the invitation of a few, from a few states, and some entire zones left out.

I lean towards the second possibility. The entire North West and North East are not involved in this exercise.

So let's exercise patience and await the final outcome.

For those told to expect another invite for the appointment letters, they are also on point. Now your profiles are updated. You will join the rest of us in going back

Real job of technical instructor is to practically teach and guide ( so its teaching in a way) but the problem is most cases technical instructors are in excess and some have nothing doing while there are schools in need of teachers as students population in Government School keeps growing , so they need to convert some of the excess technical instructors into teachers in subjects relating to what they studied if you are lucky you could be just a practical teacher in a particular subject but if the staff are not in excess in where you are posted too you will teach the subject and do the practica , if you don't want to teach you know the button you pressed to get appointment naw so press the button harder to be posted to your choice
