Yes. The west must stop the warriors from coming out. Do all the work for the king grin

Its obvious they trying to contest in the West. That's another debate, if it will work well or not
for the sake of posterity, challenges, fun, upset, and all, I hope it works out.

Everyone is making moves in the western conference to try and compete against the warriors, and then there is the east. Doing nothing.
no matter what they do lebron will always be in d finals so long as hez in the east.

Remember it seems like harden got tired towards the end of the playoffs last year? A guy like cp3 would have helped closed it out, Then again cp3 choked for clippers six years straight grin

But not P.Bev man. Their GM no try ooo

Rockets coulda added Ariza instead, free up space and aggressively pursue PG13. Now, how would they do that when your bench is depleted?

Besides, CP3 to the spurs would be a better threat to warriors than Rockets.

Abeg this Houston trade no make..
Houston gave a lot for one guy. They should've kept Lou at least. Paul is injury prone especially during the playoffs unluckily. They should've just waited for the Free agency to start by July 7 since he already assured to sign with them. Anyways, D'antoni did the impossible. I'll like to see another one cheesy
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:53pm On Jun 28, 2017
DeAndre go go learn how to post up by force by fire. The days of awoof lobs are over. Shebi the overrated ninja wanted to be face of the franchise. Now is his chance

Of which CP3 also blew a 3-1 lead to the Rockets
Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 12:02am On Jun 29, 2017
Harden went all out in helping his team recruit CP3. I am guessing he is more than willing to play off the ball while CP3 plays as the PG. It might work for them because Harden's efficiency will go back up and his turnovers would be slashed. D'Antoni's gung-ho attack would get to another gear it appears.

For all this I think Houston have lost their defence to acquire CP3. Looking at it from a GSW V Rockets matchup, I still have nothing to fear even though I don't see a sweep happening. They could peep the Spurs to number 2 seed if Pop fails in letting LMA go for someone who is tough enough to want to win.

Anyways, the WC is really shaping up.

In other news, may Jerry West have a hard time with the Clippers, In Jesus' name, Amen.

All these moves and there's the other side where they throw cake parties in the name of "We're not strong enough".

LOL in fact I take back my last statement. It appears wise Jerry still cares for us. He made Clippers consider rebuilding with De Andre then traded CP3 to Rockets and not Spurs. CP3 would have been far more dangerous under Pop but what do I know?
Re: The NBA Begins by Manutd19: 12:40am On Jun 29, 2017
You don't pass on the chance to sign a CP. Great move by Houston.
Though not enough to challenge the Warriors. Warriors did well building that team from draft mehn. I still think the best move to stop the Warriors is the Cavs making some moves to improve the bench. They outscored Warriors anytime the King was on the court. Just improve your bench and see if Love can be traded for PG.

LOL! Conor, good news for you is even if you lose you're the winner with that paycheck you're getting. However, except you're lowering expectations or playing mind games, if that video is how you're actually going to fight against one of the greatest boxers of all time you are going to look like a damn fool.

What? You think its a good trade?

These franchises take one step forward and two steps back its almost comical!! They traded the one guy that was a pass first PG and someone who could make the offense run smoothly and create easier looks. And what's worse Rubio isn't as much of an offensive liability as he used to be. Good luck to them! They gonna need it

He showed promise the last few games of the season but that's largely due to Lavine's injury. Now that Lavine has been replaced with a healthier and versatile Butler, knowing Rubio; he'd surely get back to status quo.

A pass first guard isn't needed in this era of basketball if you really wanna compete. You have to be a little skilled and take open shots. Rubio barely does both, he even misses the open ones he takes.

Teague has close to Rubio's numbers and should work better on iso plays if it comes to that. Plus his defense is better than average. Rondo is also a last option but still better.

I'm sure Wolves thought it through before sending Rubio to the Jazz. But granted they don't get either of those guards, then they shot themselves in the foot.

Pacers trade Paul George to the Thunder.. I told you these Eastern Conference teams are a joke..

OKC would be a problem.. grin
Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 3:01am On Jul 01, 2017
Much praise for the Thunders finally making a good decision on roster changes. I don't think they gave up anything serious. The Pacers could've gotten better but PG openly wanting out ruined their chances. If the Thunders work on their Game pattern, Westbrook begin to trust his guys, being a beast on court is contagious. Then I'll be really really concerned grin.

Facts: Cavs about to get the Easiest Cake Walk in the history of Basketball.. Watch them argue again.. undecided
Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 3:03am On Jul 01, 2017
Festus Ezeli has been waived by Blazers.. Dude couldn't even stay healthy. Warriors averted danger by releasing him and Bogut.. Make e come China.

I'm just seeing this... Western conference team making some sick moves. No team trying to stop Cleveland in the East.
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:15am On Jul 01, 2017
lol that guy in the East has had a cakewalk to the finals four how long now? grin
Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 4:28am On Jul 01, 2017
WC is loading up...some scary looking teams right now, but I dont see anything that shakes the warriors. Maybe Houston if Harden lets CP3 run the offense...but this is an older cp3. Cant believe Spurs missed out on cp3 and george...its to late to sell Aldridge while high...just see what you can get for him lol
Re: The NBA Begins by SIRcumalot: 4:53am On Jul 01, 2017
it would be easy for paul to leave OKC for the lakers if things don't go as well.
