Hello House, the cost of tickets to travel mid august is not smiling at all. The cheapest I am getting is Qatar, and I currently have one booking on hold but need to decide asap. Now my question is how is the travel experience with Qatar Airlines? How true is it that immigration in Doha is harsh esp to preggas? plan is to travel at 34 wks 6 days, is this ok? considering it doesn't fall into 36 weeks as described on their website? Considering the current controversies facing them, anyone that has recently used Qatar airlines can you please help me out.
Have you considered Turkish yet ?

@ justwise and all the people in the house , what do you have to say to my question based on your experience here?

If you miss the question then here is the question again, if the VO ask why are you going to america to give birth when you are in the UK.

What are the best response to give. thanks

I know this might sound kind of silly of me. But i'll advise you say the truth. For the citizenship. You can't say for better healthcare because obviously you live in the UK and healthcare is pretty much the same here and over there. And I even feel saying anything other than that might anger the VO cos they might feel you're being shady and not telling the truth. They will appreciate the truth in your case. Let us know how it goes

Hi reniduke

How did you sort your paed after childbirth? Did you pre-arrange with any paediatrician or you used Emory's? How much were you billed for it? I'd appreciate any input from any Emory Midtown mamas. cc. cfcchick

reniduke:

I remember there'a a form i found on their site and sent to my husband. He signed and scanned to me. I signed my portion too. A copy of husband's data page.
Once you start the apllication process online its pretty straight forward. You'll find all the info you need

Hi, I'm going to El Paso in mid-August and wanted to ask if anyone who used Doctores Para ti ended up having complications and paying the exorbitant daily fees for mom or baby? Of course every case is different, but my concern is frequency of complications which make the fixed pricing less relevant. Also curious about how long it took to get the passport. Did you book a ticket leaving el Paso that had a flexible date to allow for delays? Any insight appreciated!

Cuteaidomo:
Hello....I used doctoresparati in elpaso for my 1st baby last year.....and I am using them again this year....it was a wonderful experience...everything went as stated on their website and with them,no hidden charges or unexpected bills. Doctor and hospital were on point, documentation took abt 2 wks..what u see is what u get.

uote author=Dazzle86 post=54765476]Has anybody used doctores para ti in el paso Texas.? Or anyone you know that used the place. I would like your reviews.
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 5 by demiiii(f): 3:40am On Jul 14, 2017
My passport is still in my maiden name since i got married. Just fill it the way it is written on your passport. Thats what they work with.
Marylandmama:

My passport is still in my maiden name too. But it's the name you fill on the birth certificate form in the hospital for the baby that will reflect on the birth certificate. I filled my name the way it's written on my passport and then filled my husband's name as the father. The certificate came out with his last name as the baby's last name too.

Hi, have you gotten the needed information If not please contact me so i can give you the information of the doctor i used before.. And the hospital if necessary
kayvine4u:
Maryland hospitals are pretty expensive. Your best bet would be to get a hospital in Virginia, You can google hospitals in virginia and narrow down choices based on the distance to the part of Maryland where u will be.

Hello Guys,

My wife is schedule for an interview with US embassy for First week of August and the testimonies and advice from this forum has been amazing.
We plan she would be staying with my relative in Brooklyn New York and we use Kings County Hospital. Has anyone here used this hospital, ideas on the cost of delivery(Virginal/CS) and Any Doctors contact there to get correspondence.

Thanks for your assistance.

Im not sure if you are asking or affirming that complications are frequent, which is untrue since complications are rare. If you are affirming that there is fraud and that there are somehow more complications in El Paso than other hospitals, this is a very serious accusation given the regulations required by all healthcare providers in the USA and believe you should specify what you meant.

If you are asking what happens in the rare case that there should be a serious complication, the answer is, the hospital offers at least an 80% discount to non-insured self paying patients.

Good morning to you all.How was your night?
Please, those with experience should help me with this question. How many months of statement of account should I present at the embassy for my medical visa interview?
Thanks.

Hi,

I was in the same shoe as you in 2015 when I had my son in New York. When I was asked this question I told them that I have family in the US who will take proper care of me and since I can afford it at this time I decide to come over.

This was my answer and immediately, the guy stamped me in.

Hope this helps.

Hello House,

Is there anyone that has applied for medical visa to give birth in US before from the UK?

Please i need advise because i reside here with my wife for now and i have a feeling the VO might ask my wife that why are you going to the US to give birth when you can give birth here in the UK with good health service.

And the reason why i am doing this now is because if i give birth here, my child cannot get British passport straight away as i am still under work permit visa.

I am very confused please i need your advise based on people experience.
