I sorta luv this epistle

Romeo3:

what a dumbfuck analogy.

you got a contract bla bla yada yada.

you didnt use 16 guys. you employed 16 hardworking guys who did a job you could not do. they agreed to the amount you wanted to pay them therefore they cannot say you cheated them, because you paid them the exact amount you agreed with them. they cannot call themselves your slaves because you paid them.

slaves are used without pay. no matter how low you think the pay is, if you accept the pay without being forced, it is not slavery. what kind of school did you go to?

sometimes you reason with the blackest part of your ass... what makes you think you werent used by the person who gave you the contract in the first place? will you call yourself a slave because the person who gave you the contract made more money than you?

slavery is forced labour. did you force anyone to work for you? if the money you offered them wasnt enough to them, would they work for you?

stop quoting me to say stupid things to me. i have warned you that we arent on the same thinking wavelength. you keep saying uber is slavery but the truth is that they didnt give you a car to drive for them and they are not forcing you to drive your car on their platform.

forcing a car on you and forcing you to drive on their platform is slavery.
a slave has no choice. if you have a choice you arent a slave.

it isnt slavery when you concientiously CHOOSE to drive YOUR OWN car on uber. i have told you stubborn fly that if it isnt working for you, sell your damn cars and start another business and stop thinking everyone is lazy just because you cannot do it.

avoid me OR use your brain before you quote me.

protocol. ignore.

even if you post strategy, these sons of the devil will still find something negative to say. you cannot please these people. you cannot make them see reason. just enjoy your driving.

these goats (not sorry) will say that without surge you cant make it on uber. but ask them why taxify had to introduce the surging system, and they will all go deaf and dumb. to these devils, it is ok to drive under a surge on taxify but not ok to drive under a surge on uber.

they are "never do wells". they drive under taxify, waiting for 2 hrs and above to get a single trip, and they want you to come join them in waiting, thereby increasing the wait time on taxify, while they secretly go back to uber.

ask these devils complaining about uber, none of them has deleted the uber app. we know their agenda. grin

you mean drivers should not be compensated when a rider decides to cancel or when a driver gets to the pickup location and rider refuses to show?

he should just drive away or what are you insinuating? didnt he work for the cancellation fee or was he sitting at home when the fees flew into his account?

i am not understanding.

Uber is useless. One fool said he made 115k on uber last week. Let him do his plus and minus, remove fuel, remove uber 25 percent, u will not be left with 30k as profit.

this is goatish thinking.

the 115k is after uber's 25%. such dumbass thinking. no wonder you find uber driving an unsurmountable challenge. your thinking ability is on par with dead battery cells. but you called the guy a fool.

who is the fool now?

I can see that your case is hopelessly irredeemable. Now I see why uber confidently reduced their fares. Because of dunces like you.

Physical hardwork is not key to success rather mental hardwork and smartness.

Uber reduced prices the stupid ones like you believe it's by pressing the pedal upandan that you will make it.

You are very daft for calling anybody that refuses drive under the current price regime lazy. They are not lazy they just have high self worth unlike you that accept anything thrown at you.

Your employer tell you your salary has been reduced but to earn your former salary you have to work more hours and you are happy. Though you had the option of rejecting the new terms You went home prepared to work harder because you are mr kinkon
This implies you have no brain but an all muscle individual.

Nobody can make it on uber you can only get by

I'll like to see the picture of this Romeo3 of a guy. I'm just imagining his image. He must be looking very short and muscular. People like that like hard work. #worksmart not #workhard
Well life is all about choices. If we don't have people like him in our society, nobody will do d hard work. Romeo, I don't mean to insult u. Its ur choice and it's working for u. For me, I've stop uber and I'm making cool money on taxify.

If you are conversant with happenings, the news is most drivers don't work for the cancellation fee they get... drivers are prone to cancelling with prejudice

If a rider makes you wait above 5mins, cancel his ride and get your cancellation.
You are not his personal driver that he or she will keep waiting.

We need minimum of 100 Uber cars owners for a start, to voice out and frustrate Uber.

I will be coming up with strategy that will make Uber rethink and focus on taking care of their partners.
Is time to complain with actions...?

Did you know Uber revoke cancellation fee, with only a notification via email? But when Rider complains of anything they flashes you via the app and warn you via sms, but when they deduct ur money which is the most important thing you are working for, they won’t let you know.

Is time for action? Stop complaining.

Bros thanks. That's what I'm talking about. We need action. As my own solidarity move, I've stop putting on my uber driver app. Uber don't give us cars. Uber don't buy fuel for us. Uber don't repair our cars. We are not working under uber. We are in partnership with uber. We need our own voice in this matter. Their fare is too poor even d riders complained its too cheap. Some ladies will insult u at d end they will pay peanut

Where is @olugbenga and co.

Please create a platform where Uber drivers will unite against Uber slavery, dont pressure anybody to join, let them see reasons why this is important. If you see any Uber driver on the road, make friend with them and invite them to join.

We need minimum of 100 partners for a start. There will be a well planned consistent offline strike.(maybe once in a week) By the time offline strike affect them and give taxify the advantage they will have a rethink

Uber is happy with the fight going on here, even the super natural romeo3 will be happy the price is increased, that will be for him paying off his HP in less than 6months.

Uber partners dont need to be in street of lagos to protest.

Going completely offline alone, Uber wont notice you. but collectively, You can make it happen

For example drivers can decide to go offline from 6am-12pm Monday. then plan another week for offline.

Next week Tuesday, 12-9pm, gradually you increase it.

This wont affect your earnings, but it will affect Uber, because when no cars available in Uber, riders will seek alternative.

So lets get minimum of 100 members to get started.

Its for your good.

It might work, if we have numbers. What we are looking @ is getting real car owners to join and of course some will benefit from the action.
