please this vigilante is killing me, I had to go back to the hospital yesterday as I nearly had a seizure yesterday. constant headache, chest pain, swollen legs you name it and nobody to do omugwo for me join.

my bp was 180/92 and the doctor prescribed sleeping pills and scolded me that I should sleep when baby sleeps.

fastforward to yesternite and I was looking forward to sleeping as I was told baby will get it from breast milk and sleep too. na so sleep carry me oo but this little rat for wiaaaa.. She woke up her usual 53times when my breast aka her soother removes from her mouth.

am just a walking zombie this morning. my husband is so worried too. I am feeding her now to see if she can drop off so that I can sleep awhile.

I really don't want to go on hypertensive drugs as the doctor threatened.

sleeping after childbirth has always being my problem as if the adrenaline will refuse to come down.

The valid for 48 hours part got me scared. Do you mean the baby's weight increases every 48 hours?

No dear.

Here's what I mean:
You go for scan today and fetal weight is 1.2kg
The 1.2kg is valid for only two days.
Go for another scan on day three and baby could have added weight.

Reason you get fetal weight of example 2.7kg on 38week only to be delivered on 39th week with fetal weight of 3.5 kg or more. From 30th week, babies grow and add weight rapidly, Every day.

curvymama sorry sha but I don't know of any particular cure. I think you just manage it like every other condition. The beauty of MS is that surely it must end someday. Be it 3 months but kpatakpata after 9 months it must surely end. So just console yaself with that inugo(you hear)? Keep trying different things to alter the taste in your mouth, distract yourself by watching or going to the movies, sleep for Africa take strolls, change environment or travel. Sorry dear. Hugs.

na so they began to gist, refused to bring another pan after after the second one has thoroughly scolded me for vomiting on the floor the first time.

I begged,pleaded, called and for wia. I finally walked out of the room and into the office where they were sat and beckoned the first one amidst tears to please come. she now stood and told me they needed to break my water to hasten things up. for my mind, I said so you fit do this kain things before.

she broke it and said I should come to delivery room. without help ooo, just shifted back and was watching me both of them. I struggled up and climbed the delivery table and was there for about thirty minutes.

finally, I felt the urge to push. all this while, they stood back gisting to themselves and didnt tell me anything. I began to push, I pushed for wia.

na when I began to make one mooing noise like a cow that they stopped their loud gist and came to see. she shoved her whole fist into me and by then the only thing on my mind was"wetin remain for me to see for here" she now said, this head is too big oo.

I ignored her and continued pushing, I could feel the head coming down and removed my hands from my ankles to my bum na so the nurse hit me, comon remove hand from there. I turned and lifted a hand to her to say no vex u here and she moved back sharply and said ,don't touch me with your dirty hands, I would have loved ti say that I gave her a befitting reply but I didn't. I turned and asked her what did you say and she repeated it and said "is that not the hand you were using to touch your bum, please don't touch me with it"

I am the non confrontational type, hate quarrels and would rather enter a hole than confronting someone, I felt those words into the depths of my soul. I am crying again as I type this and even the other nurse felt bad. I was just following her around with my eyes all around the room. this first nurse now gave me a tear and the head popped out and the body followed immediately.

that was around 3.15am Saturday morning. long story short, she sewed me up and that was that.

I went to general hospital cos I had my last baby there and they were wonderful but this birth has shown me that an organization is good depends not on the building or structure in place but on the personnel running the place.

at the end, I went home with my Angel baby girl and she is the greatest gift of all. Please thank God with me mothers.

Na real personnel, God help us all. Congratulations and welcome baby.

Don't know if this will make you feel better. I know of someone (consultant gynae sef) that was admitted for first 5 months due to excessive morning sickness symptoms vomiting, dehydration, weight loss, weakness etc. Imagine that. Is your case not better than hers? Mind you she still had 4 children with this condition. So brace up girl and keep looking up and ahead. #hugs. Her diagnosis was hyperemesis gravidarum. Look it up and you will say Baba God thank you. Lol.

My able mamas..pls help me answer o. So my Oga bundled me to the hospital this morning cos I was complaining of body ache, headache and waist pain(only me ). Test result said malaria.
The doc wanted to admit me bt I hate hospitals so I said no

I was given Swidar....was told its fansidar rebranded or so. Pls how safe is it at 31weeks +.
Am asking cos I always react to malaria drugs. Anyone at all.
Anyone used swidar here before?. Hope no vomiting

Fansida is safe in pregnancy, some hospitals even give it twice once d pregnancy hits 6 months, weda u av malaria or not.
As for vomiting, av heard pple react to it but I ddnt, so I guess it has to do with ur body.but ensure to drink a lot of water after taking it.

If you have never reacted to Amalar or maloxine pre pregnancy then you have no wahala. It's safe until the the 34th week so take it asap.
Best to take it at night and be ready to drink lots of water that night and next day.
