Actually she can easily recant when confronted by the law. However, she never mentioned that to the authorities.

I askrd this very same question. Where is the evidence?... who were the witnesses?... The man couod have simply denied her flat and it would be a case of "your word against mine", and of course the case would be thrown out. You can't be arrested for being gay or professing to be gay but when you take it a step further by having relationships/activities with other gays in any form your a*se will be arrested and swiftly dumped in jail.
