That Forumwheel gateway sign up page seem to have programming issue. Is not working for everybody. I think the Admin is aware of it that's why he asked people who can't use the forum to contact him.

Try contacting the Admin.
Look up towards the right top corner of the gateway sign up page and you see the Admin's contact email.

Let us know if the issue is resolved.
