Good evening everybody, hope we all had a good day.... So....... I feel m suffering too much in this pregnancy! Wetin sef!  , morning sickness, cough, malaria......now catarrh. I used chloroquine, augmentin, one bitter tasting cough syrup like that, loratyn, n normal BP drugs.......malaria didn't go, doc said I couldn't do much but it as it was first trimester.After like two weeks, used metakelfin, two weeks after, coartem, zinnat, loratyn, OTRIVIN nasal spray for severely blocked nose! Used it all now The problem now is the nose still gets terribly blocked its impossible to breath hence no sleep  , doc said not to use otrivin(which has been like a life saver). For more than 5 days. It's miserable not to be able breath properly. I can't sleep, can't eat, drink water in peace as my mouth has to be free to breath.I'm tired!! Sorry for the rant biko. Yeah, again m having tooth problems, very painful.... doctor said to wait for one mo month before I can go for any pricedure..... is it fair  ?? Only me one!  2 Likes |

Anak123:Chai. My love ndo I had malaria like four times in my last pregnancy. Please ask your doctor about steaming. ( adding robb to hot water then cover yourself and inhale) I know it brings relief but you need the all clear from your doc. Meantime ensure you sleep under the net to avoid malaria ish. Mama's during the last ANC I weighed 75 at 26 weeks. Is d weight OK or too much? Also was advised by someone to stop taking Milo instead I should take Lipton so that baby won't be big to come out. Please your views are welcomed |

*What was ur pre-pregnancy weight? You need to put that to check before worrying about ur weight. At my 33 weeks appointment I weighed 77kg . *For Milo was advised to stop taking it once I entered 3rd trimester *No matter the quantity of milk I put in my Lipton, I lose strength once I take it.As in.I become very weak. So I don't take it. Whether u eat or not, if ur baby will be big/small nothing can change it. With all the food my sis Forzarush ate, Fortune weighted 3.2kg....That's a miracle. Hello everyone, I am here to learn and also connect with other women in the house. First time pregnant, due March... have been having nausea, vomiting and spitting every 5 seconds... Mbliz:In my antenatal class they told us that baby's size is determined by parents size ie if you and hubby are huge then LO is likely to be big, and vice versa. Also about lipton they said don't take too much cos your foetus cannot process the nicotine in it and that nicotine affects foetus brains. 1 Like |

riket:First of all congrats and welcome. Honestly women are trying. Ever since I took in I have this profound sympathy for working women who are pregnant. Coping with pregnancy sickness and work stress and maybe kids at home who are hyperactive and energy draining. Women are really trying regardless what some people say about them being weaker sex. When I was in my first few weeks I also had that extreme tiredness and nausea and bad taste that always has you spitting. Ask your doctor for anti vomitting drug, (I was given Avomine), eat energy rich foods and take it easy with work. Dont do more than you think you are capable of. Lick minty sweets to rid your mouth of bad tastes. Take heart, It will all end in 2nd trimester. 3 Likes |

riket:Try chewing gum for the spitting that worked really well for me tho it doesn't work for everyone. Change the gum every hour cuz for me when the taste is gone Saliva would start gathering again. As for the vomiting try not to eat while you are at work instead drink something like lucozade boost or any drink that doesn't put you off and keep sipping at it all through the day. If you must eat try crackers or fruits stuffs that are easy to vomit 1 Like |

GOD has done it again oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, The ALAGBADAINA has manifested himself and shown his glory... I had the most beautiful girl on planet earth yesterday sometime before 5pm, I don't know her weight yet but she is here in the ward with me where I can see the nurses feed and bath her.... She very healthy and bigger than some babies that reach to term.. Abeg who help me JESUS oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ...help me thank am well well... 98 Likes |
