Abeg, make Ogas in the house epp me answer this question

Hello. You can use hellofax.com or myfax.com. Fax to +17804229734. Remember to put your application number on the cover page. I faced mine on the 28th of July and they responded and acknowledged receipt 16/08/2017. So yes they will respond but you need to give them time.

Wow. Unbelievable. Congrats, this is so amazing.
Please share more information...No of dependants, NOC, travel history.

No of Dependants 4. Wifey was the primary applicant (Medical Doctor). I (Lecturer). We haven't travelled anywhere before. POF was a joint account. I believe POF is locked at the day of submission/AOR. But above all it was God that granted us Grace.

Yes you can but you need to prepare a gift deed that will be signed by both you and your dad. This states that your dad gave you the money for the purpose of immigration, that the money is not tied down and readily available and is given to you with his consent. Many people have done this and they have gotten ppr.

Thanks so much Elizabetha, will my dad need to show proof of the money leaving his account( I mean statement of account) or just the sworn gift deed is fine.

No - your dad doesn't have to show the proof of money or his SoA. The gift deed will suffice (he'll sign the gift deed - I'm sure you are aware of that anyways).

All the best!

Just Logged into my WES Account Yesterday....

My WES TL
WES Application : August 1
> Document Sent(From University)- Transcript: August 8
> Certificate Photocopy August 9(Sent Using Hellofax)

Now my Question

I took IELTS academic Last Year and raised a bank draft of 10,000NGN in favor of British Council. It was supposed to be meant for sending my TRF from Nigeria to the Uni I was processing but I ended up not using it. The Draft was raised this year.

Now that I intend to take the IELTS General test, I'd like to know if I could just raise a 58,000NGN draft, add it to existing 10,000NGN Draft, for the exam registration?

I intend to take the exam come September 20 in Lagos

Please Advise.

I got WES mail today too. My evaluation is completed. Mine took exactly 30 days even when i evaluated only Nigerian Degree. Here is my timeline:

Status updated to "Documents received - Review in Progress" on 28/04
Verification request sent to Institution on 9/05
Institution responded on 11/05
Status changed to "Evaluation in Progress" on 12/05
Evaluation Completed today 29/05.

This shows that WES can actually be fast with evaluation if only our Nigerian Institutions can be fast in verifying our transcripts.

To my issue guys,i was delayed by IELTS. I had 7877 in LRWS. And to be frank i was only scared of my reading. Anyway,i want to give remark a shot. I have cause to be in Abuja tomorrow for an official duty. I want to know if my Test Report Form will still be in their office so i can kill two birds with a stone.. How many days does it take British Council to ship report form?

Please i am awaiting response.[/quote

Please good People of Nairaland, i honestly need your advice coupled with the fact that i have so many questions before IELTS make somebody go depressed:

(1) Is there a cut-off before you can be considered to be in the pool?
Spouse and i have 412 from CRS assessment altogether from LRSW: 8.5, 6.5, 7.5,7.5 & 6, 6.5, 6, 7.

(2)Whats the possibility for reading remark to be upgraded cuz i'm not so buoyant for a re-sit.

(3) What certificates or Transcripts alike are important to be sent to WES? Cuz i have HND, BEng, MEng spouse has BSc and PGD

Hello seniors in the house. So I checked my IELTS result yesterday:
L8, R7, W8, S7.5
My point in the pool is 417 with my bsc only. I was hoping to submit my masters thesis and have my result sent for approval, but ds ASUU strike is standing in d way right now. Is there any hope for ITA anytime soon?

Also, if I have used my email for an EE profile which has previously expired, if I use d same email for my new profile with difference in my NOC in d old and new profiles, would there be any implications? I mean do IRCC still have details of my expired profile? Thank you all and God bless you

Had the same issue last week Tuesday with my husband 's application. Send a mail with a copy of the receipt attached to lbr.iqas@gov.ab.ca . They responded and resolved it in two days.

Many thanks for your help, Dumssysassy! I just did and the email bounced back. Pls check the address again.

hi - see answers below.

Q1 - CIC have become unpredictable. So no one can answer this for sure - just remain hopeful and prayerful. It could drop to even 400.
Q2 - I got this from the CIC website and it answers your question perfectly.

If my Express Entry profile expires, will the system keep my information?

No, the system will not keep your information. We had planned to allow the system to save profile information, so it would be easier to complete a new profile when the first one expired. We have found that this option is not possible at this time. Should the option become available in the future, we will update this information online.

All the best!

Listening 7.0 Reading7.0 Writing7.0 Speaking8.0

I expect more from my Listening and Reading. I know i did very well in them compared to writing and speaking. I also wrote in Abuja. I go wait till i see the actual score on my TRF and will definitely go for remark if nothing changed.

Am heading to their office tmrw.

807 pages now!! shocked

This thread is getting too long.

Please who will volunteer to help create another one?

My suggestions of information to be included on the first page are:
1) Checking your eligibility and CRS
2) Step by step process of creating a profile and entering the pool
3) Financial implications of going through express entry
4) POF requirements
5) Evaluation of credentials using WES, IQAS
6) Evaluation of credentials for doctors (Vcole has provided the details)
7) Frequently asked questions and answers (Oga Cochtrane will be able to help with this grin
8.) Acronyms
9) Going through PNP route
10) Pitfalls and things to avoid
11) Links to IELTS thread and post PPR thread

Please let us add other information that we think will be beneficial to new people reading the thread.
