ok laugh while you can, I don't mind. What I was trying to do was combine all my job roles into one. I did fleet data management for over 7 years, then progressed to fleet compliance with HSE standards such as vehicle and driver tracking, handling all cases of driver violations, driver training programs for old and new drivers, journey management training programs for staff and drivers, etc. Hope this clarifies..

and at the bolded is what I was asking for help on. I have tried finding an NOC that aligns to the job roles I have done or the job descriptions, but the only NOC I found 1215 has just one line out of the whole duties detailed there which tallies with my job role duties and I got to understand here that the NOC needs to tally at least 80% to be accepted and I don't want to get mis representation on this post ITA, hence why I am asking for help and clarification now.
You dont need to use all the experience you have. 3 years give you max point. The rest can be used as persobal history. Just use anyone of your roles (3+ yrs) whose duties align well with a noc.
80% is a rule of thumb. Sometimes you can only match a few of the job descriptions. Your reference letter should be tweaked if possible.
Hope this helps

Hello All, Please I still need some clarification on this:

So I have finally gotten my ECA from WES completed (HALLELUYAH) after 4 months of back and forth with OAU and I am preparing for my IELTS test. So I need help with the following as I begin to gather the necessary documents for post ITA.

1. NOC- I am yet to sight an NOC for my work experience. My work was logistics HSE / data management related and the only NOC that seems to be close is 1215 but its only one item from the whole NOC description that I can link my work to. Other jobs done can be linked to NOC 1241 (Administrative assistant) and NOC 1411. So which NOCs do I use?

cc:cochtrane

Sis, you are here too! Congrats on your ECA!

Thanks Datechman, in the last 10 years, I worked for 3 years from 2007 to 2010, hiatus 2011 -2013, started new job sep 2013 and stopped april 2016. So for those 3 years, I did the logistics complaince role, which is the NOC I am looking for. But following your counsel, I just might have to stick with the 1215 supervisory role.

Doing both though. A moniker here contacted me via my whatsapp to reopen my EE application. Use my fees wisely. What I know is that i will be in Cannyland studying soon either as a Permanent resident or International student.

I am only waiting for IELTS results now, i wrote last Saturday. Every other thing is ready .

Good morning everyone, Please I am scared o, My status has not changed since the medical update was done. The part that scares me is that a part of the status says "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed" and I was not told to provide any additional documents. AOR is July 3rd. If you get max scores on your IELTS, you should have 416. You are losing more points from experience. If you had 3 years experience, you would have 441. You think you could factor in NYSC, if that's available?
if not, then you could probably start your application and hope that by the time you get your docs ready, you are adding one more year of work experience to your portfolio. Even if you became a year older by then, you'd still have 441points, which is good. Of course, that's provided the CRS cut-off stays as low as it has been these past months.

You are in a bind here. Either you wait until you have 3 years experience or you hope the CSR draw gets that low. Even PNP is not for people without much experience.

Hi - I don't think you should worry (much) about this status. I got PR almost two month ago yet my CIC status (as at today) still shows "we are reviewing the additional documents you have provided" and "a final decision has been made". So you see that the updates SOMETIMES really do not show the true picture.

Just give it a bit of time, but if it still worries you then order your GCMS notes

I think you should start by evaluating your WES and writing IELTS. By the time you are ready to create a profile, you may have your 3 years experience handy.

Hello Erhnie,
Have you resolved the course-by-course upgrade issue with WES?

Skilled work experience

Your work experience must be:

in the same type of job as your primary NOC
within the last 10 years
paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships don’t count)
at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous:
full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
You must show that you did the duties set out in the occupational description in the NOC. This includes most of the main duties listed.

NYSC and Housemanship are paid. Baba just get a good reference letter

Thank you for the response. They are actually full time jobs, I guess I was over thinking the whole thing. I am about to process my ECA.
Congrats to everyone that has gotten PPR. May God bless our hustle

Hi Wiskolo, it is normal. It remains like that sometimes even till approval, that is, the stamping of COPR in your passport.

Wura27 shared her screenshot some days ago and it was the same thing even after receiving her stamped passport back.

No worries.
