That's just a modded version of Pes 2013. its graphics are wack.. PES no longer makes PSP games.

The best offline soccer game is obviously Dream league soccer 17

I have played dream soccer league before, and I can assure you that it's not the best offline soccer game? Have you played First Touch Soccer (FTS 2017)? It has more teams, more leagues, more players and more options plus better graphics.

Ive played all that. I infact took it to another level by running ppsspp on my laptop and using a game pad, but its just not that good. Dream league offers much better graphics, smooth gameplay and even has multiplayer on LAN. Only problem is that dream league doesnt allow you to play with a team of you choice, nor does it let u play in different leagues. Its entire setup is unique.

its simple..download the 2017 update,unzip it and copy this 4 folder (data,file,shadars,ini)..copy them into ur fifa folder (now.ea.game.fifa14_row)..
exit and play.

Install the APK...
Extract the data zip file and move the com.ea.fifa14_row to android/obb folder ...
Extract the update and move it to android/data/com.ea.fifa14_row ....

You're good to go....

it's very possible bro. They are compressed versions. I once downloaded pes 2010 for just 10mb on my pc. After extracting it, it became 5.8gb. I currently have gta 3 on my phone and I downloaded it for just 3mb. I also downloaded six guns for just 6mb and it worked perfectly
