How to make over 100k every week.
Do 60 trips on uber from Monday to Friday(6pm). Target short trips. Then continue on taxify from Friday 6pm to sunday. Uber 60 trips will yield 95k to 98k. Taxify will yield 20k to 50k depending on ur strength and techniques.
na beans? Not by mouth bro, stop comparing yourself with everybody. U expected driver to drive from Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat and Sunday driving is not everybody's hubby and that amount is not certain

some riders are just difficult. Uber or taxify. You can never impress them. I pick up a rider and her boyfriend yesterday, i was moving with the pace of traffic, cos of cars in my front and they said i wasn't driving fast. As we got to 3rd mainland bridge i started doing 100-120km/hr, they still complain i was too fast. At the end they got me nervous with different complaints . I rated them 1 star and didn't expect anything more from them...

Last person I dropped off today also did the same thing.

Only way one can get this done is if you do shirt trips when there's no traffic

So I started driving uber today and all I can say from what I've read here is that people need to calm down. Demanding 40k per week from a driver isn't fair. The work he will have to put in to make that money is not beans. Uber will take 25% fuel cost is there also, what's now left? Started driving at 3pm closed 10 I made only 5k after uber deductions bought petrol 2000 naira what's left?
Maybe it's because I'm nerw that's why I made small money. But to be honest it's not easy..used to think it was. Today ó put myself in the drivers shoes and i saw a whole new perspective.

Just ask ur village people to buy you a car, then in exchange u give them ur land. With that u won't pay 40k weekly.

So let me share my experience here.

Been using taxify for the last couple of days but yesterday I put on my uber app around unilag and was about to set my trip to ikeja where I reside when a request came in. A nice female voice was on the phone and asked me to pick them up in front of an hostel opposite the school.
I got there and there was 3 hijab wearing ladies all covered from top to bottom. They all hopped into the backseat and before I could ask them where we were headed, they asked me to switch off the stereo and thus begun our long, quiet trip to iyana ipaja. Traffic, bad roads and I got compensated with a token from our friends at uber.
They thanked me well for the trip and I warmly said goodbye to them; my frustration was not a fault of theirs. Luckily, a taxify request came in and my frustration kind of withered as I made my way to the client. Ended up being a good evening

Thanks. By the way Mr Gazzuzz, let me seize this opportunity. Acura MDX, 2004. Gear works well but once in a while, it doesn't pick as in the car doesn't move as it should. Upon scanning, says the gear is working well but some sensors are bad i.e ABS sensors, changed both but no luck. Any other sensor you feel I should replace? Thank you.

Good morning everyone, I Hail o. Abeg I just got a proposal that I am yet to agree upon based on the information I'll get from this forum.

Questions
1. Is Honda 2009 (evil spirit) a good car to use on Uber?
2. On higher purchase, what is the fair amount to pay?

Please if you can reply asap, I will really appreciate it.

Thanks

that's like a v4 or something. In my opinion the best cars to use for uber has to be 1.8l this way the fuel consumption is very low. It's not a bad car either but how well can it stand the rigourous driving, bad roads, waterlogged areas. It's basically a test of strength, fuel consumption and endurance for the car. Goodluck.
