You already know that the car is small and that's what is affecting your rating. A lot of them would talk before they get in. I suggest you tell them before they talk about it, that way you accept your flaws. when you accept your flaws it becomes hard for it to be used against you.

Try something like this when you meet a rider:
Good morning Sir/MA, do you have any luggage? (If possible open the door for them turn on your mortuary standard Ac).
