Stop barking like bingo. Is your democracy better than American democracy?

In America, violation of bail terms means immediate arrest and prosecution.

In America, issuing terrorists threats and threatening to be-behead the president of the US means mediate arrest and prosecution.

Fact is, that terrorist clown and your village rebel leader got away with what they don't and won't tolerate in the same America where you ignorantly think you have rights to commit crimes and get away with it.

Nigeria actually was extra lenient with that clown and his ignorant roadside supporters.

Please, lose that silly argument.

when last did u do your brain check-up? pls read what u wrote here again and see how is in line with my fact?

you're going insane and you're still celebrating it on public forum? guy military circulation in the street of non-violence area when we have civilian police is anti-democracy. pls, if you need to define stupidity, do it with shame now

Operation Jade Helm 15 begins Wednesday in a dozen Texas counties and across the Southwest. It will continue through the summer.

The operation will include 1,200 service members, according to Mark Lastoria, a spokesman for Army Special Operations Command. However, he suggested, they probably will not stand out as they go about their business.

https://www.texastribune.org/2015/07/15/operation-jade-helm-15-gets-underway-texas/

Question::

Why are they conducting military exercise (Operation, Jade Helm) in Texas, USA? Don't they have Police in the USA?

Is this not the same America where we copied and borrowed democracy from conducting military exercise all over their own states?

You people's problem is pure ignorance, illiteracy, silly bigotry and tribalism.

Quick question : why does the military name operations in the north in Hausa(e.g Lafia Dole), but refuse to do so in the southern parts of the country. Naming their operations in the indigenous languages of the various parts or major tribes of the area?

Well.... this exercise in the SW is just a clumsy way to justify the senseless operations in the SE.
The military has made the police, mobile police and civil defense jobless.
The military ought to be focused on mainly external aggression.
This whole exercise is senseless and counter productive to the unity, progress and sustainable development of our nation.

You just reminded me of what happened c2007. The military staged an exercise in Lagos and there had been lots of public service announcements about it. I was watching a phone in programme of Superscreen TV. They discussed the military exercise (one of their reporters was embedded with the troops) and moved on to other things. This was on the day that the exercise ended.

Then a man called in. You could hear the anxiety in his voice. He said "These military people have started again!" He said that he saw a lot of military equipment, tanks and armoured vehicles moving out of Dodan Barracks and that the military have started again (he was insinuating that there was a coup). The presenter had to calm him down and inform him that it was just a military training exercise.

They originated in military swagger sticks which indicate the position or regiment of the soldier (e.g. Brigade of Guards). We inherited them from the British. The top of those walking sticks can be extended and they then become a makeshift chair that the soldier can sit on when in the field.

Swagger sticks and walking sticks have always existed in the Nigerian Army. General Ironsi used a wooden crocodile as his swagger stick and this scared quite a few people who thought that it was his "juju".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swagger_stick

Below are pictures of Ironsi, Murtala Mohammed and Obasanjo with their swagger sticks or walking sticks. You can also see Goodluck Jonathan sitting on his walking stick.

Please help yourself with Google. Just type " Nigerian Army/Military Internal Operations 2015 to 2017"

Despite our various affiliations, we just not just talk out of sentiments, but we fear of God and facts.
Have a lovely weekend.

Ramon92:
I think there's more to these military operations going on in the South here. Fulani herdsmen have been raiding villages and killing people but there was no military operation to clamp them down.

Now it's military operations where there's relative peace and quiet and nobody, especially our leaders here asking questions.

What if it's a rehearsal and to know the ins and outs of our areas for 2019 to keep us in check in case the elections don't favour them or go according to plan?
